IT’S A BOOK ALRIGHT . but it’s no romance you buy at the corner store or in some hidden away book store . it’s one of the oldest spell books his family’s coven has : their grand pride who he had stolen and hid from them for years now . he shifts ever so little , watching her expression while she watch the book . not that he’s scared : she’s on the run too , pulling attention from witches didn’t seem like something she would do . he sits back in the couch as she speaks : while she conect the dots for herself . ❛ yeah , i know . ❜ it hadn’t taken him too long to figure out either . he could sense her powers the first time he met her & the more he got to know her , the more he got to care about her , he’d used a ever so little smidge of his powers to cloak her and her sister from any witches that wasn’t him . why they hadn’t done that themselves , he still couldn’t fully understand . it’s one of the first things he made sure of after leaving home . there’s a scoff across lips while he gets up from the couch , walking over to the small fireplace of a rather messy appartment , a small motion of his wrist & the lodges inside it caught fire and shadows dance on the floor . no more secrets then . ❛ even the kids in my old coven knew how to cloak themself from others . ❜ turning around , he leans on the wall by the fireplace : hands cross over lower abdomen , fire reflect in his eyes . ❛ i’ve known since i met you , just didn’t really care . ❜ chin juts towards the book : the family name at the front . ❛ i know a little of running away from witches . ❜
