Regarding the Sands of Time, would any diamond have worked or did it specifically have to be the Sultan's? If the latter, why?

"My hourglass required a diamond of superb clarity that would also fit securely between the mouths of the cobra heads. The Sultan's diamond ring was certainly not the only usable diamond, but it was the most expedient and reliable option."

Hii, Jaffy~ You’ve met Hades before I presume…What was your impression of him? Would you had liked to stay with him in the Underworld?

"He struck me as a man of vision quite like myself; I admired his power, ambition, and intellect. However, though I admit myself fond of him, remaining in the Underworld would hardly have suited my purposes in the long run. After all, I have grand ambitions of my own, far beyond subjecting myself to the dull and uncouth realm of the dead."

Since Iago seemed to know who Mirage is when she first confronted Aladdin and his friends, I can only assume Iago learned of her from you - did you know her personally, or did you only know OF her?

"Mirage and I crossed paths once or twice in my past. I believe she took an interest in all those belonging to the forces of evil in the Seven Deserts. The tale of our encounter, however, is better left untold."

Jafar what are you thinking about when you hypnotise someone and you’re holding that staff in your hand? Do you get pleasure out of hypnotising someone?

"There is a certain feeling of power and control over my victims that I greatly enjoy. Imagining their will bending to my own is simply invigorating!"

Iago once claimed that you steered clear of Destane and the Land of the Black Sand. Is that true, if so, why?

"That useless bird should keep his foul beak shut regarding my affairs. But, yes, I avoided Destane, though not out of any personal vendetta or fear. The Land of the Black Sands held no particular use to me, and I hardly needed to place myself in competition with another sorcerer unnecessarily. I would have destroyed him after getting the lamp... that is, if his plucky little apprentice hadn't beaten me to it."

"It is forged from the transmuted flesh of a foolish sorceress who was injudicious enough to stand between me and ultimate power. Although, yes, it is rather like gold, isn't it?"
