What is twomp week?
Twomp week is a week long, low pressure event for creatives within the twomp fandom. For each day the event runs there will be a list of prompts to help inspire those participating. Don’t feel like using those prompts? No worries! You can create anything you’d like for this event, regardless of the prompts for the day. And, of course, there is no pressure to post one thing for each day. Create as much or as little as you want! This event is only for a bit of fun so do whatever makes you happy :)
When is twomp week?
Twomp week 2025 will be running the week beginning July 14th. However, late entries will be accepted and reblogged onto the event blog for up to a week after as well!
What can I make for twomp week?
Anything under the sun, so long as it is twomp related. Poetry, crochet, crafting, fanfiction, traditional art, digital art, cosplay, character analysis, headcanon lists… anything you like to make is welcome and appreciated!
The only rules are to ensure that any particularly gorey content is warned appropriately, all work for the event is appropriate for teen audiences, and keep your fills free from ai. I will not be reblogging any kind of ai generated work to the event blog—I don’t think this fandom would use ai, but I’m making my stance clear nevertheless.
Is twomp week minor-friendly?
Yes, twomp week will be kept minor-friendly, just like last year. No nsfw fills will be reblogged to the event blog and under 18s are welcome to participate.
How do I participate in twomp week?
There is no sign up process for twomp week. As soon as the dates of twomp week start, simply post your work and either use the #twomp week tag or @ the @twompweek blog to have your work reblogged onto the event blog and considered part of the event. Belated entries are also reblogged to the event blog for up to a week after twomp week’s official dates have finished.
How can I learn more about twomp week?
I’ll be updating about the plans for twomp week as I work them out and posting about it on this blog, so following the @twompweek blog is the best way to stay updated as I figure things out. All important information will be tagged #event info so that you can easily find it all. You can also just keep an eye on the #twomp, #the world of mr plant and #twomp week tags for updates and reminders in the run up to the event.
Who is running this event?
Me! Hello, I go by Squid and my main blog is @thatgirlwithasquid (feel free to come say hi to me there, though that isn’t an exclusively twomp blog so i will post/reblog other fandoms). I am the only mod for this event so it’s me you want to reach out to about any questions or concerns, either through this event blog or my main. I’ve been in the twomp fandom for… idk about a year or so now? I love being here :)

hey guys, quick update: I think I may have to push doing twomp week back until August. I thought I could handle it this month but I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed right now and need to take a couple of things off my plate. twomp week 2026 will still be happening! it just wont be at the end of June like the popular vote requested

Yes! I accept suggestions for the prompt lists! (I’d actually greatly appreciate them tbh. I always struggle to think of enough different ones). Feel free to send prompt suggestions in as an ask and I will add them to my lists when I put it together :)
as i said previously. i’m not wanting to run it in July this year so these are your summer options. i’d prefer not to do early June, but if that’s better for everyone else i can be amenable

joining it is ENTIRELY optional when playing but the option is there, and i thought it may be more convenient than making a discord server (which i have never done before, and its probable that some people who want to play the game wont have an account)
oops!! got myself back to front! time zones are confusing... it's another couple hours to go yet, sorry! in my defence i did just wake up, bleary-eyed from a nap panicking that i was late XD
