I can’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed. Now that I think about it that’s kinda sad, but it’s been go, go, go nonstop with my songs coming out. I finally feel like I can breathe for a second, if that makes sense? And what better place to do that then on the beach? If anyone needs me I’ll be soaking up the sun and waves 24/7. So, try not to need me.

I feel you there. I can’t even remember the last time. Totally get you, you should have a break, from what I’ve seen you’ve been working so hard. But what about company, will you accept that?

Being in a whole new place, was simply amazing and so breathtaking. How does anyone not know about this place is beyond her. From day one, Melissa has found new things to try and do around the gorgeous place. To her this is something she’ll definitely want to go back to more often. Hell even the ocean was clear blue. You can literally see in it. Not many places have clear water such as here. Well, maybe some of the beaches up in Vancouver, but still. It was just perfection. After talking to Grant about going swimming in it, she had to think of a plan to get him back if or when he ever decides to throw her into the water.

Once she’s gotten her bathing suit on, Melissa made sure to grab her tote bag that had her towel, hat, sunscreen etc, etc and headed towards the beach where her friend would be meeting her. When she had gotten there she noticed she might have been a bit early or she could have been in the wrong spot. Mel just simply shrugged her shoulders and placed her towel onto the sand before sitting down and geting her suntan lotion out. Taking the whole entire place in, she just couldn’t believe how fantastic this is. It was actually to her heaven on Earth. After she had gotten her lotion on, she just sat there waiting for her friend to show up.

It was good for Grant to get away for a while. After getting back to filming he needed some time to decompress and this trip seemed to be doing it already. After talking to Melissa, he was excited to actually get out and go do something for a while. He put on his swim trunks and baseball hate before heading out to the beach where he knew Melissa would be. Was he going to have some fun, sure, did he wanted to get back at her. Maybe, but it was all good fun.

After heading outside in the bright sunlight he put on his sunglass and headed down to the beach to try and find Melissa. As he walked he looked around at everything and took out his camera to start snapping some pictures. This place was too nice to not get a good picture. When he finally got to the beach he noticed Melissa and decided to have a little fun. He finally snuck up behind her and put his hands on her shoulders. “BOO!” he said before jumping out in front of her with a laugh.

It feels so good to take some time off from all the training I’ve been doing. Not that I’m complaining’ it’s always been my dream to wear spandex for a living. My sister always said I’d do so in a circus, but here’s to proving people wrong. P.S. who wants to join me on the beach with my dog to do some stargazing or some sandcastle building ? I take no responsibility if my horse of a dog ruins our sandcastles though.

Please don’t put on spandex. Then again I would so pay money to see you in the circus. Um, you won me over at dog. Count me in on that.

I usually just end up asking my daughter what the cool terminology is and she usually just ends telling me I’m too old to say it! I get that, I said I was going to be super adventurous, but laying on the beach has just been too nice!
