I love that one scene in dream thieves when the gang comes across one of Niall’s dream cattle, and Adam & Ronan are being all poetic about it like “not death, but his brother sleep”, speaking in Latin under their breath, just maintaining that mysterious aesthetic™️.. and then Gansey just swoops right in with a “poke its eye”, immediately destroying both the mood and my chill in 3 swift syllables

I love that Jordan can tell all these great things about Declan because of his shoes and then you have Blue, who sees Gansey's shoes and is filled with a strangely acute rage at the very sight of them.
