Those in the fifth dimension, can move easily through the fourth. This is not like going from the fifth to the third dimension, which requires a certain amount of hability. Moving from fifth to fourth is as easy as falling asleep and enter in a dream state.

The guardians of the process of moving from the fifth to the third dimension are in the next levels, Kuthumi and Sananda .

The fifth dimension is a dimension of light, and complete openness, openness to the thoughts of others. No need to hide thoughts. They are transmitted immediately to the person you want. If you don´t want to transmit you thoughts, just think without sending in any direction. This is a very important message we have for you about telepathy. When you want to send a message, contact the other person mentally. It is a wrong conception that when you communicate telepathically all thoughts are open to anyone. There is an inherent code of respect. We receive only those messages that are supposed to be transmitted to us. We did not invade your privacy. At the same time we recognize what you want to transmit.

The spirit of Mother Earth, Gaia, has already ascended to the 5th dimension. We are just catching up with her frequency vibration. As we continue to raise our vibrational frequency, we will continue to be more in alignment with her and with the 5th dimension.

For many Lightworkers this lifetime will be the last one in the lower dimensions, and you may well intuitively realise this to be so.

As a Race you are already collectively lifting your consciousness levels higher, and the incoming energies will quickly take you into the next dimension.

All present on Earth that are working for the Light have an important role to play, but do not worry if you do not seem to be doing anything specifically. Every Lightworker will play a part in spreading the Light, and it is already in ascendance.

You are being pulled this way and that way until you get quite frustrated or confused. Stay focussed on your own position and path and keep spreading the Light, as it is needed more than ever. So many people are confused and worried about the future, and that is not surprising when so much is changing.

Are you still in Nirvana or have you incarnated somewhere? Although I’m not residing in Nirvana, I still think of it as “home base,” where I return occasionally and briefly between visits to physical civilizations in this galaxy and others. My service during the past fifteen years has been evaluating their spirit worlds, which are their equivalent of Earth’s Nirvana, and assisting in the upgrading; and wherever I go, I manifest a form that fits in with the populace. Some civilizations live at frequencies where bodies no longer are needed, and in third density worlds I produce a body with a high enough frequency to prevent my becoming stuck in the lower vibrations of the people.

You have a course called “anger management,” Nirvana has a course that could be called “anger replacement.” Time and again the soul is presented with situations that have caused personages to react in anger so it can practice patience in those situations, learn to consider them from other perspectives, and react calmly, sensibly and constructively.

Fear is what keeps personages stuck in third density and unable to see beyond what is feared. Furthermore, fears spawns the severest of negative traits and actions: greed, prejudice, hatred, lust for power, jealousy, tyranny, desire to control others, deceit, anger, dishonor, war-like mentality, corruption.

Let me speak a bit about remote viewing. Linear time doesn’t exist in the continuum, so there’s no way to know if something is in stages of going uphill or down. One remote viewer who wants to see Earth’s future may see a planet that appears to be devastated and deserted while another may see a beautiful planet with a flourishing environment, and both viewers think they are seeing “future” Earth. Neither may be seeing actual Earth—parallel worlds also exist in the continuum, which compounds the complexity of determining what actually is being viewed.

Persons you think of as “old souls” have remembered more about their personage lifetimes than “new” souls have, and that collective experiencing comes forth as “ancient wisdom.” This applies to children as much as to octogenarians, who have had many more years to remember what they know at soul level.

The universal law that each person is accountable for only her or his choices never means being indifferent to family, friends and colleagues who are dealing with hardships. You don’t know if they have veered from their contracts or if they are following them to the letter in matters that affect their lives and often yours, too. Pre-birth agreements, which are made with unconditional love, are designed to benefit all participants in the shared lifetime; and to advance in spiritual and conscious awareness, some must choose situations that are indeed difficult for themselves and often for others as well. Usually it is only in retrospect that people realize how much learning they derived as a result of others’ actions and decisions.

Questioning at deeply introspective levels is extremely important indeed, and that huge step out of third density consciousness is an arduous trek, to be sure.
