Let everything come to you
My first experience with the NSEK Method that happened earlier today
Entering the void state.
I told my group chat on discord what i experienced - here it is copy and pasted
GUYS I HAVE A CRAZY THING TO SHARE
So earlier this morning I woke up at around 5:30 am. Went back to sleep around 6 but before that
I did nsek. Which is nervous system entry key method. What it does is gets your nervous system comfortable with something you might not have been comfortable with at first. Ill explain the method later I just wanna share my experience of it before I do. LIKE HOLY FUCK I FEEL LIKE NEO! So I did the method for accessing an alternate state of consciousness and started drifting off the sleep.. I started hearing ringing in my ears and uncomfortable weight on my body, I think i was in sleep paralysis but it didnt feel like your regular sleep paralysis experience. It felt like I was transitioning to something beyond. I was in a transition phase to become pure consciousness. I then started getting random visions or dreams of a white guy with shades on and he was wearing all black. He told me stuff like "please be careful, I want you to escape" and then I kept hearing voices telling me how worthless I am and other really mess up stuff. I kept waking up under paralysis and hearing the ringing. When I get up I no longer hear it, and I kept falling asleep under 1 second not even joking and the ringing would come back, and some of the voices would be there affirmating negative stuff to me. "You can't escape"
Also then I started experience hypnagogic hallucinations which is a very good sign that I was gonna access the state of consciousness + those voices could have just been my ego or something else trying to keep me back or mainly just a product of hypnogana or whatever.
This has happened to me before without any methods even when I was younger, its almost like there is an alarm that would go off each time im about to experience something beyond the physical. Always feels like im under attack whenever that shit happens and like im being remote viewed. Always feeling the need to protect myself after that shit ends up happening.
This time was different though, I would normally let that shit bother me but I continued anyways despite the really fucked up imagery I kept seeing during my dreams, and the things the voices would say or do to my body. I would also fight back against them but this time I fought back differently. I just continued while detaching from the whole situation, but sadly ended up waking up.
Tried going back to sleep despite knowing what was going to happen, and it just all stopped. After I fell back to sleep, I dreamed of nothing and was in pitch darkness, but i only remembered when I got up again today.
Keep in mind you might not experience the things I do when being pure consciousness, not everyone's experience is going to be very intense- and plus I hope not for your wellbeing.
Still
I do wonder if anyone else has had very strong symptoms like i have 😭 hhh!
Thank you @lumivoid
