Yusuke had to wonder what exactly made him say that; be it bravado or simply a good feeling.His optimism was nothing short of contagious, as Yusuke felt a small smile begin on his own face. There was no telling what the future would hold but...

"I think I see it too."

Warmth, hope, something that isn't so lonely. That's what the future is.

"Beef bowl?" He remembered that? To be honest, Yusuke was certain that Ryuji wasn't being serious when he offered. Perhaps he still hasn't gotten used to endless supply of kindness and patience he'd gotten once he joined the phantom thieves.

"I'm not sure, it may be a while before I can repay your kindness."

At the signs of relief Wylan visibly lights in expression. Lifted brows and nipped lip as that aura of smug begins to permeate the area. It’s sickening, and just the kind of thing any sane person would want to extinguish. If only that were a simple task. Wylan regards the comment, and turns the phone back so he can regard that too.

His face scrunches. His smugness is at threat here! But he’s a reasonable guy, isn’t he? …Most of the time.

“…..I don’t. But I guess I won’t tell you to be quiet, either.”

That wasn't exactly a yes- actually, it was a pretty direct 'no'- but amateurs can never improve without criticism. Yusuke stands up, heads over to the older man, and plucks the phone out of his hand.

"For one; the composition is a little unfocused, given the intentions of the piece you could likely crop out about 20 percent and lose nothing." He motions to the offending area "On that note, the footsteps lead the eye towards the front of the piece. If you were to choose a different angle, like behind the easel, for example..."

His eyes narrow back at the photo. It was produced by a novice, but it was still... decent? Decent seems to be the right word, it may not have been up to Yusuke's standards, but it was still an attempt.
