Becoming Anti-Racist by Dr. Andrew M. Ibrahim
Fear Zone:
I deny racism is a problem.
I avoid hard questions.
I strive to be comfortable.Â
I talk to others who look and think like me.Â
Learning Zone:
I recognize racism is a present and current problem
I seek out questions that make me uncomfortable.
I understand my own privilege in ignoring racism.
I educate myself about race and structural racism.Â
I am vulnerable about my own biases and knowledge gap.Â
I listen to others who think and look differently than me.
Growth Zone:
I identify how I may unknowingly benefit from racism.
I promote and advocate for policies and leaders that are Anti-Racist.Â
I sit with my discomfort.
I speak out when I see racism in action.
I educate my peers how racism harms our professions.
I donât let my mistakes deter me from being better.
I yield positions of power to those otherwise marginalized.
I surround myself with others who think and look differently than me.Â

white people on this hellsite really need to stop letting white teens get away with racism just bc theyre teens like
the longer you allow someone to be racist, the more difficult it is later to make them realize theyre wrong. as a 5 year old my mom explained to me that there people that hate us because weâre native, and at the same time explained to me what racism is and why its wrong. i really didnt understand why someone would hate us for being native, but i still fully understood that its wrong
if children of color are capable of understanding that weâd have to deal with hate throughout our lives for who we are then that white 14 year old is old enough to understand that racism is bad and old enough to be held accountable for things theyve said or done to children of color
and bc i know how white people on this site are and how they love to twist our words: no, the mean indian woman isnt saying that you should harass children
Definitely real duo
Hey guys, I made something beautiful
Ngl this is one of the worst things I've ever done
I like how one part of legend the three caberllos is like:
Daisy and Donald plot (easily the my least favorite part of the show honestly): I don't deserve you, đ„șđ„șđ„ș you should be with a real girl đđâïž
And the other parts like
Xandra, Jose, panchito (the parts of the show that are my favorite): WHHHHOOOOO ââARE U đ€šđ€šđ€šI AM FROM ANCIENT GREECE
