In Zero Escape 4, Akane is actually Junpei in a flesh suit, and we play through the eyes of All-Ice, who is secretly Quark's real mother. Delta is also there for 30 seconds, but Carlos changes his mind about not shooting him last time and then shoots him. As it turns out, Delta was irrelevant to this games plot, and no one ever mentions him ever again. There's three new characters; Microwave, Los Angeles, and Gary. Diana cheats on Sigma with Microwave, but it ends up okay because Sigma realises he's actually gay.
Also, they're trapped in a burning building, and have an hour to escape, but it turns out that it's alright because the fire is actually Flame 42, which is not only completely safe to touch but also heals all illnesses.
Zero is the real Akane, who morphogeneticised herself into Gab's body
