Translation about Gale's character description from the newest update!

Orbtopia's brigthest rockstar. On stage, he's radiant. Everytime he's on stage, the crowd would be in ecstasy, holding up tables and chairs shouting and drinking, clinking of drinks, coconut milk splashing around, singing in unison.

Off stage, he's a mess. He used an improvisational tune to trade off an unsellable stinky fish from a fisherman, After finishing his meal he would climb to the rooftop of a shop selling ice drinks to continue his nonsense, Lastly he would then be chased by a cat he abruptly awoken for half a block.

he jumps, the cat flies, the seagull calls.

Everyone questions the same thing, "this street hustler when they're up on stage, is our most famous celebrity?".

My note here : Hi, what the fuck do you mean his meal is a stinky ass fish and he gets chased by a cat afterwards. HOW BAD OF A QUALITY OF LIFE DOES GALE HAVE??????? The moment the game's out im gonna shower him with everything i have and that he would NEVER have to experience this ever again </3

So here comes my take on what I have abt them so far

I WANT TO FINISH MOLLY'S ONE SO BAD I'M SO EXCITED, I've been on such a HUGEE art block and I only got to escape thru these sillies,,,

Ranbo crew hc!!!!!!

i've been itching to write about this for my own sake, i've never done this before so im excited!

The other 3 Ranbo crew members would hire him temporary from time to time for some stuff Cook would hire him to help deliver out some stuff Haig would hire him to either be his assistant for concocting medicine or a receptionist Molly would hire him to help model out some of her outfits

despite not wearing shoes in his performing outfit, his feet doesn't stink (but it probably carries 300 different kinds of bacteria)

created and designed Molly's bass guitar and is the one fixing instruments if it broke or needs to change strings (he's this close to choking Haig)

easy to ragebait

he has at least like 200 unfinished songs that he's working on

Molly's supplier of lollipops

designed the entire ranbo crew's outfit (turns out to be true!)

when flustured shes easily the reddest (although she's rarely flustred, my goat knows she's right)

arcs one of her eye alot, which everyone knows you probably should question yourself before doing anything

miraculously able to sleep anywhere and sleeps quite soundly

the most responsible one and is Ranbo's manager

ridiculously overworked but manages her time extremely well (and by well i meant she's the goddess of pulling all nighters)

looks the most serious but is the most unserious one in the group

everyone calls him a quack doctor but he's actually a crazy good doctor

depending on his mood that day he either randomly drops very poetic line or he gives out dad jokes

never holds back if he felt like breaking his instrument because Gale would fix it and earns a lecture from him on proper instrument care

an EXTREME introvert, he has a super wild side but only to his closest friends

you can't sneak up to Haig at all, he will always notice you

organizes board game nights and will always receive a noise complain letter

most likely to have his own seperate fanclub from Ranbo

deadass can't swim for life despite his large build

easily fasinated by almost anything and will treasure anything you gift him

he once forgot to bring his drumsticks and decided to use his kitchen tools as a backup plan, it ended up sounding better so he kept using it from then on

probably a girls guy (? unsure about the term hahaha), he has the best skincare and would occasionally give out advice

I've decided to translate the little comments the Ranbo crew has on each other on the character introductory the cn side has. Have fun reading! PS this is all translated by myself (with some help from Google), i wanted to pratice my chinese :)

[ Freestyling hair]

Before a performance, Gale will hazardly brush his hair with something, then with a bit of strength he would pluck on his hair to straigthen it up just like a hedgehog. He thinks this is an absolutely awesome look.

Molly - hm, very cool, but you missed a strand. Gale - This is call personality! Making it different everytime is what makes it cool

The performance outfit made by Molly for Gale, perfectly met Gale’s imagination. The piece made Gale love going up on stage and running around, the higher the better, its because he's got a pair of wings now!

Gale - Woah! Look Molly i've got a pair of wings now. Molly - oh...the feathers have almost all fallen out better sew it back...zzz

Molly was able to find her own mother's handmade performance outfit, after making a set and falling asleep cuddling it, a distant sound of opera would cut through the mist of the seas, bringing in new inspiration.

Molly - Inspiration is here, this headpiece will defitnetly be my new performing headpiece Gale - This looks so cool! Molly! I also want this one!

The 3 Ranbo members took advantage when Molly was sleeping, they childishly doodled on her leather shoes. While waiting for her to awake, Gale couldn't wait to show off his "great masterpiece". When Molly wore back her shoes, she didn't say anything.

Gale - Isn't this a cool masterpiece? Molly - oh, its not so bad.

Haig had always had a cold stone face when performing, it let others to be dead silence. After some thinking, Haig took a mirror and by using a lipstick he drew a conspicuous smile.

Haig - the feeling of a big smile, should be something like this? Molly - This makeup....not a bad smile.

Molly - You've always said music is a cure to everything. Haig - exaclty, this is my belief and my stubborn willfulness.

If i had a nickel for everytime Haig broke his own instrument for whatever reasons i would have 2, which isn't alot but its weird it happened twice (but i believe it probably happened more than twice LMAO)

Hear me out I’ve got a crazy ass theory from this picture frame alone but could be extremely far fetched

PS I do not know about the story in SOR I’ve been avoiding it like the plague since I wanted to play the story as a real first experience so perhaps the story has mentioned some stuff that I may not know and has some contradictions :)

It caught my attention when I was rewatching her PV and noticed the big ass “sorry” from it.

At first I thought it was that Ranbo disbanded and she had felt guilty from it but Ranbo isn’t disbanded since they literally show up in her PV. Then I decided to go for a wilder approach, what if Ranbo isn’t something Gale had created by himself but a legacy he decided to continue on?

In the picture frame Molly is the most obvious to figure out however the person on her right could be Gale due to the spiky hair (it’s quiet pixelated so this is really a guess) there’s another character on the far right and I’m unsure if there’s another on Molly’s left side. Clearly there’s another big dude in the bg and that person is who I assume is the person name Ranbo

Mollys PV motifs are all about dreams mainly linked towards Ranbo even her lyrics points towards that direction, the last sentence in her PV can be heard as “…dreams that I left behind” and it shows Ranbo itself, I’m pretty sure it implies Ranbo existed before the current Ranbo we know currently + Molly holds Ranbo dearly and has a word dream written on top of the picture frame.

BONUS MENTIONED Gale is shown separately when there was a sequence of recalling her past which i assume meant Molly already knew Gale long ago

So what Isit? What’s the legacy? There’s a campfire picture of Gale and another character from the little bits and clips I accidentally saw from the main story in SOR

I wanna bet that person is Ranbo someone who Gale looked up to and that they probably used to be in a band alongside with Molly as well maybe not an actual band? Maybe like those gigs stuff. Eventually either Ranbo died or went missing leading to the fallout of them, which could explain Molly’s little picture frame with sorry on it and could also explain Gale’s hesitation to boldly pursue the stage again (again from the bits and pieces I accidentally saw but ironically helped this theory 💀)

That’s about it I did went through Haig’s PV to see if there’s anything but there isn’t much mentioned on Ranbo aside that Ranbo is his outlet for music BUT BUT BUT Gale’s PV is coming out soon so there could be more to see!!!
