김치볶음밥 - Kimchi Fried Rice

This is my favorite and simplest food for me. I can make it anytime, because it doesn't take much time to make and u can add anything what u want. You should try to make it, maybe you will be addicted like me ㅋㅋㅋ

김치볶음밥 [Kimchi Bokkeum-bab] or Kimchi Fried Rice. There are many kinds of food made with Kimchi. I think Kimchi fried rice is one of the best foods made with Kimchi. Actually many recipes to make this food, easy! But it is not easy to make “delicious” kimchi fried rice. So, this is my Kimchi Fried Rice recipe:

Ingredients: - Salted Butter 2 tbsp - Minced Green Onion 3 tbsp - Minced spam / sliced meetball / anyting u want - Kimchi (cut small) 1 cup - Kimchi water 1/2 cup - Garlic Pressed 2 clove - Onion Chopped 1/2 pc - Rice 2 cup - Gochukaru 1tbsp - Sesame Oil 1 tbsp - Sesame seed 1 tsp - Kim (Seaweed) roasted and shredded

How to make? 1. Heat up a pan. Add the Butter 2. Add green onion and stir fry 30 second 3. Add spam, garlic, onion and kimchi, stir fry again until spam color changed 4. Add rice , gochukaru and kimchi water. Stir all together for about 7 minutes 5. Add sesame oil and remove from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, roasted kim, and sesame seeds. Serve right away. Don't forget put a “sunny side up” on top 😉

만두국 [Mandu-guk]

As I know 만두국 [Mandu-guk] is a dish Koreans eat on New Years, but also a dish for eat every Sunday during the cold seasons. I made a simply 만두국 [Mandu-guk], this is my version recipe.

만두 [Mandu] :

- Mandu skin (I used ready mandu skin or dumpling skin) - Minced of meat 180 gr - Green Onion (sliced) 5tbsp - Onion (chopped) 1 pc - Garlic (chopped) 3 clove - Sesame oil 1tbsp

1. Put in to bowl minced of meat, green onion, onion, garlic, and sesame oil. 2. Mix all ingredient in bowl with your hand and put little bit salt. 3. Put some of the filling mixture into the center of a mandu skin. 4. Use your fingertips to apply a little cold water to one edge of the skin. This will act as a sealant when you fold it over. 5. Fold skin in half over filling and press edges together to make ripple shape. 국 [Guk] / Soup:

- Green Onion (sliced) 2tbsp - Garlic (chopped) 1 clove - Seaweed cut small (optional) - Anchovy Sauce 1tsp - Soy Sauce 1tbsp (I used 조선간장 for soup) - Sesame oil 1tbsp - Oil 1tsp for stir fry - Water

1. Put 1 tsp oil in a pot with medium heat. 2. Add garlic and green onion, stir fry until garlic have aromatics 3. Put seaweed to pot and then stir fry for a while, this is optional. 4. Add water, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and sesame oil. Wait until shimmering. 5. Add your mandu. Keep the lid on the pot. You can add some more salt if you want. When the mandu has cooked, it will float to the top. 6. Add green onion for topping and DONE! Serve hot is good!

시금치 나물 - Korean Spinach Side Dish

This is my first time writing on my blog about food. I mean share about what I cook. I've tasted Korean food many times, and I think it would be very interesting if I could eat Korean food from my own kitchen.

시금치 나물 (Sigeumchi Namul) is the most common Korean side dishes (반찬/Banchan) and is served on the table almost every meal. So, I share step how to make 시금치 나물:

1. Boil water with salt 2. After boiling, add spinach and boil for only 15 seconds (don’t overcook) 3. Drain the spinach and rinse under the running cool water 4. Squeeze excess water just slightly with your palms

Until this step, spinach is ready to dress up with Korean seasoning. I made two different kinds of a way. Classic and spicy.

Classic: - Put spinach in to bowl - Add salt, 1tsp of blackpaper, 1tsp of sesame oil, 1tsp roasted sesame seeds, 1 clove of garlic (chopped), 1tbsp of chopped green onion - Mix everything with your hand - Ready to serve

Spicy: - Put spinach in to bowl - Add 1tsp gochujang, 1tsp of blackpaper, 1/2tsp of rice vinegar, 1tsp of sesame oil, 1 clove of garlic (chopped), 1tbsp of chopped green onion and 1tsp roasted sesame seeds - Mix everything with your hand - Ready to serve

It's easy, right? you can try it.

My life

Dalam suatu suasana kami diperkenalkan, tanpa rencana. Waktu terus berjalan hingga kami terpisah dengan jarak,meninggalkan kota istimewa dimana kami dipertemukan. Jarak tak menghalangi komunikasi antara aku dengan dirinya. Hingga aku kembali kesini, kota yang memeprtemukan kami, hanya aku yang kembali. Ia masih berada dikotanya, menikmati liburan bersama keluarga. Kabar burung juga menghampiri keberadaanku disini, kabar dimana ia takkan kembali ke kota ini lagi. Seandainya kabar itu benar akan terjadi, aku disini akan selalu tetap menunggu hingga dia kembali kesini, hanya dirinya yang mampu mengisi kebahagiaanku. Menunggu untuk tetap bersama menuntut ilmu dikota ini. I Love You dear (kata-kata yang belum pernah terucap untukmu walaupun kau telah berkali-kali mengucapkannya untukku) :(
