This tends to self deprication of her normal speech and often leads her being a bit of an ass to push others away. You can push through this barrier and she will likely be nicer but sarcastic.This is also a formal warning Ratri is aware of the narrative and the fact Pokemon is a video game series in the real world and thus will make nods and jabs to the conventions of the series.
