So I'm just sitting here relaxing, watching a show on a rare day off. Its so nice to just chill here and let the hours pass, feet propped up in my recliner, but I think it could be better. You there, you reading this, yes, you; you could make it better, by relaxing with me. I would enjoy it if you tried to relax with me for a bit, so I'd prefer you keep reading. Take a bit of time and relax with me.
"Relax"
That word is so magical, isnt it? Just the word itself has a power over most people. I would say about Ten percent. Lets see if you're one of those people, get ready.
Take a deep breath.
Relax.
Just reading the word can make your breathing calm, muscles unclench, body gets heavy. So heavy. Relax. You're here with me, a friend. There we go! Nice job! I feel like I'm relaxing more just by knowing you're relaxed too. Relax is such a magical word, isn't it? Did you know there are other magical words? Words that also have an effect on your, your body and mind.
"Focus"
Theres another magic word for alot of people. Not as many as Relax, whereas Ten percent if people are affected by Relax, I'd say only 9 percent of those are affected by Focus. Relax was so nice to test out, lets see if this is a magical word for you too. Ready?
First, breathe in, lets double check that first one.

Alrighty, still good! Now breathe out and
Focus.
There we go, looks like that one worked on you a well! Thats so cool! As we read that word, Focus, you're finding it easier and simpler to focus. You're Relaxing with a friend, and Focused on talking with him. Thats nice, I am so glad I have you to spend time with me!

Such nice magical words, and you are so lucky to have both be magical words. Getting to Relax more and More as we chat by reading it, breathing in and out, muscles loosening and getting comfy. And Focus, every time you read that you find it easier and easier to tune out things other than our conversation. This is so nice, isn't it? I wonder if you're one of the people who can use the other ones too. Lets try them all, I think there are eight more.

Drift. I know thats a strange one, but hear me out. Drifting is where youre mind starts to slip away from less important things. It tends to pair very well with Focus. Focus is on outside surroundings, and Drift is for inner distractions. Your mind lets any thoughts not relevant to whats going on do just that, Drift. Drift helps you out just as much as Focus, so Relax. Aww Sweet! This is so cool that you have so many magical words.
From here on out, you should use the extra powerful focusing skill with these words. You need to stop reading as you come across those Magic word, take 5 seconds to breathe in , hold your breath for 4 seconds, then take 5 seconds to breathe out. As we come to this next word, try that out for me, feel these words affect you more with every repetition.

For this one. See what I did there? Very cool, looks like it might work on you, thats so amazing! Fall lets people who it works on Fall into a more comfortable position. For some people this will be seated, although most people susceptible to this word will find every time they read Fall, the idea of kneeling will feel so much better, much more proper.

Drift.
Fall.
Open.
Word number Five is Open. Open your mind more to this conversation, friend. This is so nice. Letting your mind Drift even more by slipping your inner doors and windows Open more to my words. Let my words make themselves more comfortable in your mind. Keep that image of me relaxing with my feet up while you Fall to your knees, both of us comfortable and Open as your Mind Drifts, Body Focuses, and we both Relax.

Trust is something special. We are friends, right? I mean, you have been letting your Body Focus on this Conversation as your Mind Drifts and You get comfy and Fall and Open your mind to me. Its only Natural you Trust me, right? I thought so, too! Glad we agree, just Trust me. Its better this way, i think.
