Quran {2:152}

فَسَلِّمْ أُمُورَكَ لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ مُطْمَئِنًّا.

Entrust your affairs to the Most Merciful with full assurance.

فَلَا تَخَفْ، فَعِنْدَ رَبِّ العَرْشِ الآمَالُ.

For you need not fear, with the Lord of the Throne are hopes.

Shaykh Al-Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:

"The wife will be the coolness of the eye for her husband, and the husband will be the coolness of the eye for his wife (only) if they do what is required of them from the deen of Allah."

It’s important that we surround ourselves with righteous people during these times … the religion has grown strange among the people and the one who practices it as best he can is looked at as an “extremist” even by his fellow Muslims.

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

“The one whose soul craves disobedience but he leaves it for Allāh, those are the ones who Allāh tested their hearts with piety and for them is forgiveness and a tremendous reward."

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:

“Among the rights of the wife is that the husband’s heart be inclined toward her, that he be kind and gentle with her, and that he take care of her feelings.”
