Seventh year Ravenclaw at Hogwarts. Reading really is absolutely brilliant and I'd probably much rather be in my own company than yours. Muggles are some of the most interesting people you will probably ever meet in your short-lived life. A lot of people aren't really worth the trouble, but if you make the effort I'll put some back in.

Daisy, See things like that just make me want to punch him all the more. You’re going to find someone so much better than him, and then you’re going to end up like my parents, who won’t stop kissing in front of me. Well I’m glad someone in the world finds me mature. I’ll have to show this letter to Michel as proof.  Ohh these look lovely, Daisy thank you! I’m excited to read them all. Who got Head Girl and Boy in your year? Well, no way Lily’s anything but Head Girl, but who’d they pair her with? Remus? He seems like the Head Boy type. Maybe we’ll luck out and it’ll snow for the ceremony. Wouldn’t that be gorgeous? I’m not holding out too much hope for it, though. I’ll write Dumbledore just in case, beg to get you all some time off class. Wouldn’t be a wedding without you lot there.

Me too, that’d be awfully lonely. I’m not actually sure. If you can’t Dor works in Hogsmeade now, so I can just pop up for a weekend and we could meet there. Not nearly as exciting but it would still be nice to see you.

Honestly, you worry too much. I'm making it sound much worse than it actually was. It was still terrible, though, the break-up. I can only hope that I end up like your parents -- who, by the way, I still haven't met. You're very mature! You certainly sound more mature than Michel from what you've told me - not that being immature is a bad thing!

I love them all, I think they're absolutely great, so hopefully you enjoy them as much as I did.

Yes, Lily obviously got Head Girl. I mean, who else would they assign? And James got Head Boy, which I think surprised everybody. It certainly surprised me, but he's lovely, I suppose. I also got Ravenclaw Prefect! Honestly, I didn't even think any of the teachers knew I existed, let alone thought I would be the right choice for a Prefect. It would be absolutely lovely if it snowed. You never know, winter could be unseasonably cold and snowy. Dumbledore seems quite lenient, I'm sure he'll give us some time off. 

Oh, really? What shop's she working in? And that would be lovely; even just going out for tea or something would be great. It would be lovely to see you, I can't wait.

Someone’s got to be angry at the little blonde heartbreaker. If just for the sake of the righteous best friend fury. That’s good of you though, that you can recognize that. You’re more mature than most people I know. And that includes me. (That being said I’m still willing to hex his face.) I’m telling you, Dase, you need to get yourself a Kingsley. He’ll just shame you into working by carrying around big books and silently judging you. Oh just send me loads! Loads and loads.

I’ll definitely tell everyone you say hello. They’ll say hello back, no doubt. We’re thinking December. Though it’s a bit far away. Everyone ought to be out of class by then.

Merlin I miss you loads, lady. Come visit me, I’ll steal you for a weekend. No, no I know exactly what you mean.

Better you than me, I suppose - I used up all my energy crying. They're the last two people I want to end up like, as much as I loved them both. Nonsense, you're very mature, a lot of people aren't, though. (I'm glad I can always count on you to hex his face if need be). I really do! You'd think with everything they can do with magic they'd be able to manufacture some kind of study buddy to help seventh years to study and get through the year almost unscathed.

I do miss them all a lot! The school is... Different without your year to keep us all in order. I don't think my year's stepped up to the plate as of late, but I'm sure we'll get there in the end. Oh, a winter wedding, how lovely! I'm sure everybody who's invited will be able to get out for a day or two to come to the wedding - I sure will.

I'm glad the whole I miss you thing wasn't one sided. Are we allowed to do that? I mean, am I as a student allowed to travel to visit you? If so, then I can't wait! Even just wandering around town or something would be nice.

You be sad and bitter all you want. I’m still just barely refraining from tracking the asshole down. Honestly, I don’t remember. Tea, I think. So much tea. And Kingsley’s dogged persistence.

New books, lovely! Thank you, I’m so excited to read them all.

Bloody exhausting. Dor’s always busy, too. And Kingsley. Benjy’s free, though. We’re still wedding planning, of course.

By the way you're writing it seems as though you're angrier at him than I am. I feel like if I stay sad and bitter too long it's how I'll spend the remainder of my days and end up exactly like either of my parents, which is exactly how I don't want to end up. I've been drinking endless amounts of tea, my god. I wish he was here to stop me procrastinating and to tell me to do my work.

Any particular suggestions or shall I just send you a load of different ones?
