We're so fortunate to live during a time where the stigmas around mental health are being turned around, and it's not consider as taboo anymore. It's the worst feeling to not be able to escape your own mind. Please don't be ashamed to get help if you need it! Very exciting news that the government is looking into making this an American crop! I didn't know that it was illegal to grow hemp in the us, so all of our hemp products have to be sourced from Canada and Europe. It used to be a huge crop here in PA before the whole anti-marijuana movement in the 30s. Crazy! Slowly but surely I'm getting back into my healthy eating habits from before the surgery (which was over a month ago now 🎉). It was so hard to read and be thrilled about healthy eating and clean food when 80% of my diet was dependent on delivery- but I'm getting back to it and finally am excited and able to stand long enough to prepare my own meals.
