We are the Joneses. We are Obstacle Course Racers, flowriders, Adventurers, Youtubers, friends, goof-balls, and Star Wars geeks. We want to encourage fitness, family bonds, open-mindedness, and creativity. At any level of the fitness spectrum, from beginner to expert, we want to help in any way we can to further your journey to health. We want people to realize that you can DO anything you set your mind to. You can BE anything that you dream to be.

ANNOUNCEMENT!! I have been given the go ahead to announce that I (Andrew) have been chosen as a "Team Leader" for the new NBC Spartan TV show that will air this spring. I will be leaving for filming soon. I can not say enough how humbled and honored I am to have been chosen. I can not wait to be able to share all the details with everyone. I hope I do not disappoint. Texas Beast!!!! This will be the last Texas race for UBJ for awhile. :( We can't wait to see everyone out there. Andrew will be doing at least two laps....carrying a sledge hammer on both laps. He intends to stay on the course as long as possible to give a hand if needed and just run with as many people as he can. So give him a slap on the ass and keep him moving ;) We love our OCR family. Race day is coming!!! Glen Rose is one week away. The Glen Rose Spartan Race in December 2011 was our very first race of any kind so it is only fitting that this will be our last Texas race (for at least some time). Because of Andrew's injury (even though he is about 85% back) we are going to run as a group. We will start about 9:00 am and run as fast as the group can. Andrew will then go back out on the course for the rest of the day to give a hand to anyone that might need it...and enjoy the venue one last time. We run stronger together. Saturday morning training at 6:45 am. Last training weekend until the Glen Rose Beast Spartan Race. We will be around the track with obstacles. Let us know if you are coming. If you plan on running with our group at Glen Rose come out and join us to train together. NOTE - please let us know if you want to run with our group at Glen Rose...we will take off about 8:45 or 9:00 that morning.
