I'm really sorry if this is triggering for you. But I feel you will give me the best advice. I have been sexually assaulted more times then I would like to admit. It's in the double digits, well past 10, 11, 12, 15 even.... but I don't want it to drag me down. I want to be a survivor, a fighter, and not a victim...... is there any advice you can give to me that can help me?
