Therapy

So... 9 months of therapy done, now 6 months of integration. They never tell you that the hardest part is trying to balance everything. 'You've changed' from everyone, not like that's the entire point. 9 months of EMDR because Thanks Mum, Thanks Da and Thank you to all my family for all the venom

But hey I can say this one, biggest win was seeing MCR live and that shit healed me almost as much as the therapy sessions themselves. And doing that alone, something I could have never done.

To all the family and those that never believed me of what was going on.
