I’m pretty sure this use to be Tori.el’s blog--meaning it’s been a year since I finished watching a LP of UT && making her muse,,,, Hahaha that seemed like forever ago. Good thing I’m outtie now. Tho tbh I’ve been a bit nostalgic, but also hit hard w/ bad feels(tm)

ACT: DON’T BE INTIMIDATED
The scent of smoke reminded the child of a number of houses from before. As the kid kept close to the ground hunched forward like a rabbit with talkative appendages wrapped firmly around her knees she regarded the monster with a certain curiosity children only have when inspecting a new bug they found on a trail. Dried out lips parted and it appeared that she was on the cusp of saying something, about to speak but the words withdrew before she had the courage to say anything and instead she hunched forward and tried to think of something to say to him.
He wasn’t like before either and growing accustomed to him would take some time. She clapped to get his attention and began to sign, “Knock knock.”
Smoke wafted through the air as the smaller child had leaned down, getting a closer look at the fused skeleton. Leaning over did lanky bones mimic her pose before letting out a chuckle, a free hand holding the cigarette lazily inbetween two bony fingers. It seemed like this one was a bit quieter--shyer even? than the other children he had seen through countless timelines before fusing together. The clap caught his attention as expected && well...so did the signing. Honestly, he was so close to just having Gaster reply back in WD; but the two of them assumed that the child only knew the other ty[pe of signing that didn’t come through font. A light chuckle before he brought his hands up, signing back a “ Who’s there? “

Outings to the local bar had lessened more as the time went on after the incident of the two coming together; hell, the younger skeleton himself wasn’t even sure how the elemental he had grown up knowing would react to all of this. However, tonight he’d push himself through the squeaky doors, met with the usual greasy && at home scent that the bar always seemed to give off. It seemed rather empty, most of the guard dogs having not been there like usual. Settling himself down at the bar did he reach into his pocket to retrieve a cigarette; only to curse under his breath when he realized he hadn’t brought a lighter. “ Heeeeyyy pal. “ He hummed, trying to grab the attention of the bar tender who had his back faced to him. “ Mind giving me a light?” A small pause before he could chuckle, knowing very well that elementals wern’t too fond of those kind’s of actions. “ Nah buddy, I’m just pullin at yer leg. “ && With a wink of a single socket did it glow a faint yellow before snapping his fingers and a small flame sparking from his fingertip to properly light his cigarette that was composed out of a mixture of magic && echo flowers.

What were they...His face drew a blank, covering itself with a bright honey glow of yellow as he followed each symbol their hands made; Frisk wasn’t one for talking, so their WD was always silent. They...they loved him? Well-- he was their guardian after all. They seemed quite attached to the fused skeleton despite hating the nasty habits he had of smoking && drinking but.... But they loved him. Slowly did he raise his hands, a cigarette still bound in one as he slowly began a response back, his voice shaky as the glitched sound poured out from his lips.
