Mystic Falls - Formerly Atlanta
Glenn Rhee was born and raised in Michigan to Korean immigrants, he is said to have multiple sisters though he never mentions their names nor does he know what happened to them after the outbreak.
Glenn moved to Atlanta when he became an adult, taking a job as a pizza delivery guy His thorough knowledge of every shortcut in Atlanta proves to be very useful after the outbreak for helping get the groups scavengers needs quickly.
Glenn was, and still is, bright, loyal, resourceful and quick-thinking. He thinks on his feet and shows a great compassion for humanity. Despite all the horrors he’s seen before and after the apocalypse he maintains a youthful enthusiasm for life and it’s unexpected pleasures. He shows surprising depth and emotion, even in the most devastating of tragedies.
Glenn is a resourceful person, so when the outbreak first started he was able to survive despite the city slowly being overrun by walkers. It was then that Theodore “T-Dog” Douglas picked him up and took him in. They became best friends during this time.
Glenn was the first person in Atlanta to find Rick after he locked himself in a tank and Glenn called him through a CB, telling him how to escape the zombies and lead him to his group who were in Atlanta gathering supplies. Their first meeting was rather comical.
After Glenn and Morales make a plan to get out of the city with Rick and other survivors, Glenn tries to break up a fight between Merle and fellow survivor T-Dog. The group ended up leaving Merle on the roof after T-Dog dropped the key down the roof’s drain by accident.
After meeting up with Shane’s group and Daryl hearing about Merle, Glenn joined them in going back for him only to find his bloody hand on the roof. Shortly after their camp was attacked by a hoard and they fled in search of a new place to camp.
During this time Sophia goes missing after she runs into the woods to escape walkers, Rick left her in a safe spot to kill the walkers but the frightened little girl ran away and got lost. Glenn helped in the search effort for Sophia before Daryl finally found her.
After Carl was shot by a hunter from a far out in the country, Glenn and the rest of the group camped out on Hershel’s farm while Carl healed. It was here that Glenn met and started a relationship with the farmer’s daughter, Maggie.
After being pushed from the farm when it became overrun by walkers, the group made their way to another location, finally finding a prison and clearing out the cell blocks so that they’d have a place to stay that was walk-free.
Glenn and Maggie were often together, in fact they were inseparable, often going on runs and standing watch together. One day they went on a run and were taken hostage by Merle Dixon. Merle took them back to Woodbury where the Governor’s camp was. Merle brutally beat Glenn, interrogating him for information about the prison and his brother but Glenn wouldn’t talk. Merle released a walker into the room with Glenn who was bound to the chair and locked the door.
After Glenn managed to kill the walker with a broken chair leg, he slumped back beaten and bloody in his chair. The door opene and the Governor walked in with a topless Maggie covering her breasts with her hands. He later found out that she was touched inappropriately by the Governor and this lead Glenn to become outraged and a bit hateful toward everyone, including Maggie, for a while until he came to terms with what happened.
After they rescued Daryl, and much to Glenn and Maggie’s dismay Merle as well, from Woodbury, Glenn tried to kill Merle. This lead to Rick saying that Merle was not welcome in the group and Daryl left with him. Glenn wanted Merle to pay for what he did to him, and in turn Maggie for bringing them to the Governor.
Shortly before leaving Atlanta to go to Mystic Falls, Maggie and Glenn talked out everything and reconciled their differences. He asked Hershel’s permission to marry Maggie to which he accepted and he proposed to her, they became engaged soon after using a diamond ring he got off of a dead zombie.
Mystic Falls seemed like a nice place to be when they got there, the people were friendly and the walls were safe from walkers and others on the outside. As Glenn was the main errand runner for the Atlanta group he quickly volunteered for the job alongside Maggie and Stefan, who he had befriended upon arriving in Mystic Falls.
When he wasn’t out with Stefan and Maggie on runs, he could be found in the Guard Tower keeping watch or on the farm helping tend to the crops with Maggie, Hershel and the other farmers in Mystic Falls.
The only problem that Glenn had with Mystic Falls were the strange looks that Damon Salvatore gave Maggie from time to time and the fact that he often called her “Rose”, stating that she looked like his dead ex-lover.
Errands- Glenn often goes on runs for supplies with Maggie and Stefan Salvatore for the group.
Guard- Glenn can often be found in the Guard tower when he’s not on runs or tending the the farming.
Farmer- Glenn helps out with the farming alongside Maggie, Hershel and the other farmers.
