ALRIGHT G/T BOOK COLLECTORS! LISTEN UP! I have yet to see these books talked about in the community (and if you have talked about them, I’m sorry that I didn’t see it) BUT THESE BOOKS ARE AMAZING FOR G/T GOODNESS!
They follow the story of this kid named Daniel Funk who learns that he has the power to shrink, and that he has a tiny twin brother named Pablo that he never knew about. Only their grandma knows about Daniel’s shrinking and Pablo’s existence, so the rest of the books are basically their adventures that they have while trying to keep their secrets from the rest of their family.
Obviously, a story like that means that there are G/T SCENES GALOR, so I took the liberty of finding some to show to you. These are just some of the highlights from the first book, but there are plenty more since there are four books in the series (and the last one is probably my favorite). Since it is a series that’s technically meant for kids, there are a decent amount of cringy jokes (like they say “holy macaroni” quite a bit) and there can be the usual mention of how Daniel might have smelly socks or whatever, but ultimately, when I read it, I was too busy loving the G/t stuff to pay attention to those parts too much.
