ship with me you cowards
SHIPPING CALL!!
Whatâs a shipping call? A shipping call means that by liking this post you can see potential in shipping our muses. It doesnât have to make sense and it doesnât mean a ship is going to happen, but what it means is youâll be cool with me:
sending shippy ask memes
hopping into your DM to potentially plot a ship if Iâm feeling it too
playing around with the idea of a ship in general
I can and will ship almost everything, however Iâm always scared that me suggesting a ship will come off as forcing one so I tend do hold back. Again, this doesnât have to mean you want to ship our muses; all it means is that if stuff happens it happens and youâre cool with that.
So if youâre dts (down to ship), slam that like button!
furryproblem:
Remus had absolutely no idea what James and Peter were doing inside that damn classroom or if they even were in there still. Sirius was convinced there was yet another secret passage in there, and while James and Peter were looking for that, Sirius and Remus were âguardingâ what seemed to be the ends of it. He knew he looked suspicious there, and that was the worst about it.
âAh, Regulus! What a surprise to see you here.â He smiled as he spoke, determined not to let the other see any of his nervousness. âIâm not lost at all, Iâm actually waiting for someone. What about you, though? Did you get bored with your snake friends?â
  Regulus didnât answer at first, choosing to look Remus up and down as one of his eyebrows slowly raised on suspicion. âUh... huh...â He was up to something. It was painfully obvious. âIf youâre going to lie you should at least put some effort into it.â
  âAlso, not that I care,â at all, âbut tell Pettigrew next time heâs trying to sneak into the restricted section, to at least check if anyone else is in the library. If it wasnât already painfully obvious that Slytherin is going to win the house cup this year, I might have told someone. But it didnât seem worth the effort.â The Marauders had managed to get 50 house points docked just the other day, and seeing as Slytherin had already been almost 100 ahead of them before that; Regulus was pretty confident.
ofprofessor:
   âI uhââ he kinda of jumped for a moment. MAYBE he should have just shrugged it off and kept walking. He didnât know this Black was going to be mean after all â but then again, he should have seen it coming. â Um⊠Iâm not like my friends, but you wouldnât know â nor care,â he commented for a moment and shrugged. Remus was the nicest out of the bunch anyway â he didnât really like to hurt people, but no one seemed to notice that about him. JUST BECAUSE he was around James and Sirius all the time â everyone would think about it. But taking the moment he shrugged and rolled his eyes. â â anyway, Iâm sorry if it hurt, Iâll be on my way.âÂ
  âYouâre right. I donât care.â Regulus crossed his arms and continued to glare at the Gryffindor. He expected Remus to start a fight with him and fight Regulusâ fire with more fire, it seemed like a pretty Gryffindor thing to do. However, as Remus excused himself Regulus was perplexed, his scowl quickly being wiped from his face in the confusion.
  âHey wait-â Regulus called to stop him before he registered what he was doing. âI-- um..â Why did he want to continue this conversation? He and Lupin had never talked before, surely he should just let the annoying prick walk away and let that be that. Nope. Apparently Regulusâ mouth disagreed.Â
  âAre you any good at charms? Because... Youâve checked out Quintessence: A Quest four times... according to the library card.â
snuffles-rp-doghouse:
âWith that grace it is no wonder you did so well at the quidditch game, little brother,â he couldnât help but reply.Â
There had been a time when they were young that he would have immediately run to his side and checked if the other was okay. If Reg was crying, he would act ridiculous in effort to make him laugh and get him to stop because their mother always found crying as a sign of weakness and she sure wouldnât comfort him. However in the past few years things had only grown more strained and Sirius knew that even if he offered his hand to help him up, the other would just hit his hand away.Â
âGreat game, I stayed up all night celebrating, Iâm glad that Slytherin has you as their seeker,â he teased. It was a bit of a defense mechanism of playing too hard because at this point he knew that Regulus would never be soft with him again, not after all that mum brainwashed him with.Â
  Of course Sirius would jab at him over his disastrous performance at the game. He had been so close to grabbing the snitch, which would have given Slytherin the victory; but at the last second a gust of wind shoved him to the side and almost made him fall off his broom. For someone who had been on the team for near two years now it was embarrassing to say the least.Â
  Regulusâ hands tightened into fists at his side as his cheeks turned bright red. Sirius really knew how to get right under his skin in a way no one else ever could. âHave fun celebrating while it lasts. Mother heard about the stunt you pulled last week and sheâs furious. She said she was going to demand you come home over Christmas to face your punishments.â
ofprofessor:
All Remus was walking â itâs not like he was a bother to anyone or if anyone was around. it was cold out after all and to be fair, Remus liked it better outside when it was cold â but walking back he wasnât really paying attention to anyone around him. Lost in his own world he just simply in the moment tops of everything he almost feels backward as he felt the other person he hit push him back. ONLY losing himself he couldnât help but turn red and he steps back for a moment and tilted his head for a moment. Inhaling deeply â he might have scared himself, but even so, he shivered for a moment.Â
     ââI am sorry â I wasnât looking. you arenât hurt?âÂ
  âWhy would you care?â Regulus spat as he continued to glare. Stupid Gryffindors with their fake chivalry... like Remus Lupin gave a ratâs arse how he felt. âHow about you go find your little gang and keep terrorizing the school? Or whatever you consider âfunâ.â Regulus didnât understand his idiot brotherâs group of friends, or how it seemed like the entire school was crazy about them. To him, Sirius was just doing what he had always done while they were growing up: acting out to get attention. However, it seemed as though his audience was much bigger now and because of that he somehow needed even more attention. And because of that, Regulus resented everyone that had anything to do with it.

Sirius ran a hand nervously through his hair as he glanced at the title of the book that heâd just pulled and found that it was still incriminating. âI donât have to be up to anything,â he said, walking around Regulus in an attempt to divert attention from the section about magical transportation. How large did the section on magical transportation have to be?
âI could be just doing homework. Besides, if I tell you, youâre just going to run to a professor or write home about me. What do you care if I get into trouble? You just love the fact that mum likes you a bit better now, donât you? So what if youâre the favorite? Who really wants to be her favorite anyway?â
He was purposefully picking a fight now. It wasnât that he wanted to fight with Regulus. He just didnât want him snooping into his plans and ruining everything.
  Regulus followed closely as Sirius tried to get away from whatever sketchy business he was doing. He paid close attention to the section that Sirius had chosen to search through. Could it be a clue? âIâm only her favourite because I do what she tells me to instead of stirring up trouble any chance I get.â Regulus rebuttaled with a glare. There was also the Gryffindor, traitor to his family, muggle lover thing too. But he chose not to bring that up.
  Regulus quickly jumped in front of Sirius, trying both to stop him from walking and to catch a glimpse of the book he was holding. âIs that a book on the Floo Network?â He asked, not sure if he had read the title right or not. âWhat would you want that for?â
anothersirius:
Sirius stepped away from the shelf he intended on looking at, grabbing a random book carelessly from the next shelf over âDonât look at me like that.â A look of irritation and concern crossed over his face. He hated when Regulus was cross with him in spite of everything.Â
âWeâre in the library,â he said, tone full of false innocence. âI know that very clever, but sometimes, shockingly enough, I have to use actual books to write essaysââ homework and all of that.â
His demeanor was easy, but he still wasnât sure if Regulus would let it go. His brother knew him entirely too well. âDonât you have homework to do yourself?â he asked. The sooner that he could run Regulus off, the sooner he could get the book that he needed.
  Slowly, one of Regulusâ eyebrows raised as he grew more impatient. âThatâs a load of bollocks and you know it.â Sirius was very clearly up to something, no matter how much he denied it. âYou have that look on your face that you always have when youâre up to no good.â It was a look Regulus knew well, the one Sirius used to use when he was going to sneak into the kitchen after dinner to steal some of the food their mum had denied him as punishment. Of course, in that case it would almost always end with her finding out and Siriusâ punishment just being all the more severe. Honestly... he would never learn.Â
  âYouâre just going to get in trouble for whatever it is youâre planning.â Regulus wanted to be mad. He should be mad. But.... curiosity.Â
  âWhat is it--..â His expression softened ever so slightly. â..that you are planning?â
@anothersirius
  Lots of people have signature moves. For some, itâs a smooth hand gesture, maybe a cool pose, or perhaps a catchphrase. Regulus Black didnât consider himself one to have a âsignature moveâ. Except, of course, when his brother was involved. Then it was Regulusâ eye roll of what-is-this-git-up-to-now...
  So, when Sirius Black strutted his way into the library, an eye roll was exactly what Regulus did. He could tell Sirius was up to no good, it was obvious; and as much as Regulus loathed his brother, what he loathed more was said brother ruining the Black name with his irritating trouble making. He was going to put an end to this.
  Regulus pushed away from the desk and quickly made his way to the shelf that his older brother was eyeing up.Â
  âWhat are you doing?â He asked, arms crossing as he faced Sirius.
  //If anyone is down for some short and quick threadding (like one para or less) let me know. I still feel a little out of my element with this fandom and Iâm trying to get into the swing of things.
OPEN;
  Regulus had been able to feel the staring drilling into the back of his head for the last ten minutes, and his patience was about as thin as it could run.Â
  âCan I help you with something or do you just live off being irritating?â He finally said, spinning around to glare at the person.

@furryproblem â„ed for a starter
  Now this was suspicious... Remus Lupin, member of the notorious prankster group known as The Marauders, stood pointlessly outside of an empty classroom. Or at least.. a seemingly empty classroom... Something was going on here and Regulus was going to put an end to it. âLupin.â He greeted.Â
  âStrange night to be enjoying the scenery. Lost without your leader?â
@achaserbutakeeperâ [cont.]
  âIt only takes one loss, Potter.â Regulus glared. âDonât let your high horse get in the way of the view.â James Potter... Ugh. Regulus hated him. He was arrogant, annoying, loud, and his excuse-for-a brotherâs best friend. Muggle loving blood traitor is exactly how his sweet mother would describe him, and sheâd be right.
saturninebravery:
Of course the entire bloody school would have already heard of the parading humiliation he had once again been subjected to; that twatting, loathsome quartet always made sure there was an audience, and neither the first nor last time he would have to endure it. Closing the book on his lap he inhaled deeply through his large nose, steeling his emotions lest they show on the fatigued visage, and his eyes yet again fill with the sting of bitter tears.Â
Heâd become accustomed to it, yes, but it didnât hurt any less. A knot attempted to form in his throat, and he ruthlessly crushed it.
Unfortunate didnât even begin to describe the detestable incident. He felt a fresh wave of nauseating anger course through him, pumping venom in the circuit of his veins and setting his nerves aflame with the desire for vengeance, but he suppressed it with a shudder.Â
â What of it.â he said, bitterly pleased by how heâd managed to smooth the rough edges that threatened to break his voice. âNot the best they could do.â he added somewhat dismissively, levelling his sharp gaze at the other. Regulus Black was a younger student on the quieter side whose presence didnât have a particularly positive or negative effect, and because of that, he found himself appreciative of the younger Black. He was very different from the arrogant pest that was his disgraced brother, Severusâ own personal tormentor, and in a good way.
  âNo, not the best.â Regulus answered, pausing a moment as he thought over his next words. âI suppose like usual, you arenât going out for revenge.â He looked away from Severus to pull his bag up and small piece of folded parchment out of it.Â
  âItâs a shame really, especially after I found some... interesting information.â He held the paper up, too far away from Severus to grab it as he met the otherâs eyes, almost daring him.
