i have an eating disorder - i encourage recovery however!

Although my page doesn’t usually show it, i’m a baker, artist, and huge band/music geek. I do colorguard as well (cool flag thing)

Reasons to not binge:

1. Feeling the urge means you’re losing weight

2. You spent so much time working for your body, don’t mess it up

3. You deserve respect, you won’t be respecting your desire if you give up

4. Food will always be on the other side, get to your UGW, and enjoy what you want

5. You don’t need it

6. You’ll regret it later

7. You’ll feel guilty

8. You’re working on yourself now, think about it later

I want to look like them

The sore feeling in my legs of not being able to walk anymore is so rewarding. The lightheaded feeling i get when i haven’t eaten in days, the headaches i know stem from water filling me instead of food. It’s so validating. The emptiness in my stomach after fasting or purging>

Today’s reasons to keep going:

Do it so you can love yourself again

Do it because you love the feeling

Do it because you miss food, and when you’re skinny you can eat again

Do it because you respect yourself

Do it because you want this

Do it to prove you have self control

Do it to become someone’s th1nspø one day

Do it so you can smile in the mirror

Do it because you know you want to take modeling photos that everyone falls head over heels for

Most important, do it for yourself
