today’s list will be longer/more calorie laden than usual as im trying to stay up all night and i wanna do it this time
Decided on Focus T25 for my exercise program to try! Selling points for me are: - short workouts, 25-30 minutes feels doable - constant modifier working out on screen for doing lower impact work when I struggle - minimal equipment required, just need a resistance band for the second 5 weeks Going to start Thursday so my week goes: Thurs-Mon : T25 work out days Tuesday : T25 stretching day Wednesday : full rest day from everything To do : - clean room really well, make it sustainable so always enough space. Having to clean before working out would be demotivating af - figure out more even more protein so I've got necessary energy after work for this. Note to self: You're going to have to avoid sitting down right after work if you can because you turn into a useless blob in like 30 seconds.
