You're strong, and stable, and most don't appreciate your personality as much as they do your pretty face. "Period pains can be extreme for some Beans as I remember studying back before I had gotten my Doctorrette. There are the few things like chocolate, rest and warm foods that can help you."
"However, I know some of these things might not be available during instant work hours or during a transport trip through space. Packing a portible easily chargable heating pad could be of great help, and whomever is the cook on your ship could male you a cup of hot water if you ask, so you could possibly bring safe tea remedies as well. Hot water bottles can also be helpful as long as your careful, and you should take enough rest as you need if the pains become worse for a period of time."

doctor help my friends are staying up until 12 am can you give me permission for me to force them to go to bed
"Forcing someone into that could lead to resistance and more stress to your friend's already exhausted form."
"I would recommend checking on them daily and helping them pause their work at a suitible time they can and slowly continue this pattern for a few days while coming a bit earlier each night that way their body will be able to function and understand its time to sleep."

Does the medbay have any references for the health of imposters, especially young ones
Long story short i have an imposter that looks and acts like a baby bean and that I've been caring for, and I'd like to have information about their general health before anything may happen

"Unfortunately a complete reference of that sort of body scan is short of impossible since...no one is able to stay alive long enough to get proper results and I don't think any imposters would volunteer for such a thing."
