Greetings, everyone! I'm Mr. R., and I have decided to grace you all with my presence. I'm kidding, of course, but basically, I'm gonna showcase my headcanons and works here if I can, and also answer any questions you might have for me(if there's any, anyway-)!
I do wanna be more consistent with creating things, and I'm thinking that posting things on Tumblr would help with that. I have plenty of stories and AUs I could post and elaborate more on, so:
On the onset, which story/AU would you guys like to learn about first?
My name is Adham, and before the war, I lived a simple but happy life. I worked as a driver with my own car, earning an honest living by taking people where they needed to go. It wasn't a luxurious life, but it was enough. I was proud that I could provide for myself and look toward the future with hope.
Shortly before the war began, I got married. My wife and I dreamed of building a peaceful life together, but those dreams were shattered almost overnight.
The war took everything from us. Our home was destroyed, and the car that was my only source of income was lost. In a matter of days, I went from being able to support my family to having nothing.
Today, my wife and I live in a tent. Even the small piece of land where our tent stands is not free, and the landowner asks us to pay rent every month. We struggle every day to find food, clean water, and the basic necessities of life.

As if losing everything wasn't enough, I was seriously injured during the war. A bullet struck my chest, and it still remains inside my body. I need surgery to remove it, but the operation costs far more than I could ever afford. Every day I live with pain and uncertainty, knowing that I cannot pay for the treatment I need.
I also had a fundraising campaign in the past, but unfortunately, I never received the support that was collected for me because I was deceived by the person managing the campaign. After that painful experience, I am now searching for a trustworthy person who can help me create and manage a new fundraising campaign so I can finally receive the support my family urgently needs.
I am asking for your help with humility and hope. Whether you can help by creating a fundraiser, donating, or simply sharing my story, your support could truly change our lives. Your kindness will help us cover our basic living expenses, pay the rent for the land where our tent stands, buy food and other essentials, and, most importantly, give me a chance to receive the surgery I desperately need.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story and for standing with my family during the hardest time of our lives. Your kindness gives us hope that we are not alone.
No donation is too small. If you are unable to donate, sharing my story or helping me find someone who can safely organize a fundraising campaign would mean the world to us.
Out on Youtube March 20th. Link in Bio!! These two masterpieces where ALL over my mood board when I was making Waves. Black and Magical is the way Iโd describe this film. Loving yourself when the world wants to hate you is the greatest power the world has ever seen. I have so many feelings about this film. Please look out for it this March! 3/20/2026, the first day of spring ๐
Haven't seen that many posts here that share about where to donate for the victims of the earthquake in Venezuela, here's a website that compiles a list of reliable associations where you can donate for the earthquake victims.
please spread the word! my country still needs all the help it can get
Okay, so yesterday afternoon we had a double earthquake (7.2 and 7.5 with multiple aftershocks) in Venezuela. Fortunately, the place where I live wasn't affected, but Caracas and other states near the epicenter did suffer building collapses, and people are still missing.
You can see some pictures here (Instagram).
Many people lost their homes, and a state of alert was declared today (yesterday we even had the possibility of a tsunami, which thankfully is no longer present). Venezuela doesn't have the resources to recover, and the total losses are still unknown... please pray for us, we need it.
WAYS YOU CAN HELP VENEZUELA BY SHARING THIS INFORMATION:
My best friend helped me gather this information. If you have the time, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share it so it reaches the people who need it:
Gofundme: Emergency relief for Venezuela earthquake victims
(Argentina) Donations are being received here to send to those affected in Venezuela
Veterinary help for affected animals
More resources and information to help those affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela (images with information after the cut)
Most of this information is in Spanish, but we appreciate your help by sharing and donating if you have the opportunity.
"You know Amy, anytime someone says people "can't handle" a complex female character in a franchise that has multiple female characters who are far more neglected by the narrative in comparison, it ultimately undermines the concept of gender equality by implying that only certain women matter and not the female population as a whole."
After more than two years, my main account @DrDarine has been terminated. This account was not just a social media profile. It was the platform through which I shared my family's suffering with the world, especially Mariam's stories. It was my only way to connect with people, raise awareness about our situation, and make our voices heard.
In very brief summary:
โ Many of our family members were killed during this war.
โ We lost everything, especially our HOME, our heaven, and now we live in a tent with rent.
โ Faced unimaginable displacements and famine, and we continue to suffer from illness caused by the harsh living conditions here in Gaza.
Before the war, we were ordinary people, living normal lives. But unfortunately, I don't feel that anymore. I don't even know who we've become. All I can see and feel is my life collapsing before my eyes.
I kindly ask everyone to stand by my side, and especially by Mariam's side. Please don't let the termination of my account, or any other action, become another burden that adds to our pain and suffering.
We've known Darine for more than two years now. What happened to her and the termination of her account are simply unacceptable.
For many of us, that account was how we followed Mariam's story and stayed connected to the family. Taking it away means cutting off their only direct line to hope and support.
Please share their blog as widely as you can, and if you're able, please consider making a donation today.
It's been five days with no donations. Do we deserve to be forgotten? I'm starting to feel overwhelmed with anxiety and hopelessness. Please help us and donate.. please ๐
Darine's is one of so many longstanding accounts from Gaza that has been disappearing lately. It is a devastating loss to them, I assure you. These accounts are their only way to access the world outside of Gaza and find the support they need.
This means we must intensify our efforts to share their fundraisers, so that the loss they've suffered is compensated by our work!
My name is Maram, I am 25 years old from Gaza. I dreamed of a peaceful life, spending my life with my husband and my three children... but the war turned this dream into an impossible one ๐๐ญ. We lived through this genocide with all its painful details and we are still suffering from it๐ญ. We were so happy when the ceasefire was announced, and we returned to our homes in northern Gaza after being displaced for a year and a half in a tent in the south of the Gaza Strip. After repairing a small room in our destroyed house, we began to live there and start over. Unfortunately, the war came back, and it was even stronger than before ๐. Now, we have no shelter or source of income. We have used up all our savings during the war. I know I created my campaign very late, but that's because I have no other means to help my family ๐. I am completely confident and hopeful that someone here will help us as much as they can and save my family in these tough circumstances ๐.
I know how painful and frustrating it is to start over from scratch, but I hope to get any amount for my family ๐ฅบ๐.
My name is Maram, a Palestinian woman from Gaza. I am 26 years old and a mother of three children: Malik (8 years old), Ibrahim (6 years old
So, please, donate to my campaign, even if it's a small amountโit will have a big impact on us ๐ฅบ. May God bless you, my friend ๐ฅฐโค๏ธ.

inspired by the preexisting but somewhat lesser known references to S&SEA culture in avatarโs worldbuilding, i wanted to showcase a few of the many outfits that originate from this diverse region that iโm proud to be from! iโm still no expert, but learning more and drawing this has made me so joyful and appreciative of our cultures ๐
๐ I am a father of five, and I live with my wife and children in extremely harsh conditions. We are seven people trying to survive day after day amidst the ongoing war in Gaza.
Hussam is a father, a husband and a survivor.
๐๏ธ Many people think the war is over, but for us, it hasn't. It may have disappeared from the news screens, but the truth is that the danger persists, displacement and forced migration are still a part of our lives, and fear is our constant companion.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ I cannot go to work or provide for my family's needs because I stay in the tent to protect and care for my children in these difficult circumstances.
๐ผ My youngest daughter desperately needs milk. ๐ถ She also needs diapers and clothes. ๐ I am unable to provide these basic necessities for her.
๐ I am writing these words and appealing to anyone who can help. Any support, no matter how small, can make a huge difference in my children's lives and give us hope during these difficult times.
๐ If you are unable to donate, sharing this post may help our story reach people who can help.
๐คฒ We ask for nothing more than the opportunity to live with dignity and provide for our children's basic needs.
โค๏ธ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who reads, shares, or offers any kind of support. Every little bit of help means the world to us.
