They are meant to be confronting, not literal h a p p y . m i l e s t o n e cards ;) These are a selection from my own experiences and your suggestions. They are designed to illustrate some of the daily struggles that queer families face. If you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them ! This.. actually makes a fine reference to what a lovecraftian eldritch abomination SHOULD BE. not just.. tentacles and darkness. Perpetually changing, not cemented in form, with an otherworldly feel to it. Completely unrecognizable by most human descriptions, and only able to be viable perceived by those fine enough to be an adept wordsmith.

A couple weeks ago fires ripped through my mother’s community, destroying 17 houses but thankfully taking no lives. My mother was lucky enough not to lose her home, but the landscape has changed in amazing ways. Here we are exploring some of the regrowth today.  4/05/17

Valmy and Mayticks met many years ago in high school and became fast friends, spending most of their time drawing, writing and generally being ridiculous teenagers as they grew up. They fell madly in love with each other and they’ve been together for 8 years now (wow!) and are even more awesome and gayer than ever before. Valmy and Mayticks just became mothers to a smol daughty named P; and May draws Lesbo Mum Adventures, a comic journal detailing their day-to-day lives and quirky escapades as LGBT mothers.
