Awhile ago I started writing down the things I'm grateful for n why, countless filled up journals later n my life hasn't been the same. This isn't some annoying hippy-dippy bs, you don't need fancy crystals or a pretty journal, no incense, you don't have to meditate (although I encourage that more than anything). Just take some time in the morning to think about all the good things you have in your life and write em down!! Or just think about them, put em in your heart n let that feeling grow n watch your day change, then your week, then maybe your life..! I know it can be so tricky to see anything good in life sometimes TRUST ME. Just take a sec and be present n feel gratitude for what you've got right now! If not for your sake then for mine, ok? Happy ((belated)) thanksgiving
