Woman to woman, don't lose the plot. Compartmentalize and focus. What do I mean? Know why you want what you want and then focus on that, and learn to compartmentalize and keep things in the box they belong in.

Example. Are you dating your partner for his opinions on your life? No? Then just ignore those. Ignore them then. Are you working for your boss so you can be besties?? No? Act your paycheck then and move on. Are you friends with them to be their therapist? No? Then don't?

Do you see what I'm telling you? Know why you have what you have and stick to that. Compartmentalize and make sure those things stay exactly in their boxes and do not seep over so you never lose the plot. Losing the plot is where dreams get lost and boundaries get blurred. Keep people in exactly their lane and never let them out. Ever.

As someone with ADHD my go to tactic is to create an echo chamber whenever I have something to do. Need to study? Downloading 2553748997876553678499487366678 study vlogs (usually n languages I don't understand and changing my wallpapers to ver study esque and listening to study playlist and being mostly in libraries and cafes until that period is done. And I will usually just deactivate every other app and never go online because I KNOW I have the attention span of a goldfish on drugs so no. And I play this content 24/7 like cleaning the house? Studly log playing in the background. Walking? Study playlist. Just relaxing? Study vlogs. In the library? Study With Me vlogs. I lock myself in an echo chamber and don't leave until the thing is done. And for my back up every day I decided a long time ago on what kind of person I want to be and created an echo chamber ecosystem, visually and auditory, for it. And i DO NOT deviate. I don't even have wifi and I rarely ask for it because NO. And I have a data pack limit.

I think part of getting better is complete ego death. Like you’re not above setting a timer for 5 minutes and focusing on a task. You’re not above doing a very simple 3 minute workout to start. You don't even have to be conventionally attractive you just have to be interesting to look at. You have to be eye catching. You have to make looking at your face an experience.

Why? Because your face is the base of your interactions. Everyone interacts with you based on first, your face then your body (posture, fashion cohesiveness) and the your voice.

Make your face interesting to look at. Usually the eyes, because the eyes are the part of your face people look at when they're talking to you. I remember the first time I saw Hwang Yeji I don't even listen to that brand of music but if I see her I will tell you yes that's Yeji. And Alexandra Daddario ask me one of her films. Whenever I think of the most visually striking people I know, its the eyes and the face structure. And since there isn't much you can do to have the Anya Taylor Joy / Halle Bailey / Teyana Taylor type of Wow Wait Who Is That face shape because genetics is genetics, the best you can do is with your eyes.

Introducing character to your face makes you memorable. Getting freckles tattooed if that will somehow help make your face stand out. Experimenting with lashes and eyeliners. Changing the shape of your eyebrows. Getting dark lip color tattoo to create a contrast effect. Getting a haircut / hair color that creates the face shape you're looking for.

Book an appointment with a looks expert (I'm not sure what they're called but I'm almost sure they exist) that won't lie to you or run through cosmetology school BS trying to make an Instagram / rednote clone out of you and tell them no I want to be show stopping. I need my face to make people just stop and look and say hey I saw this girl today with the most striking features! I remember explaining to a cosmetologist the exact eye and lip tattoos I wanted and what effect I needed from them and what I was trying to do with my face and them trying to talk me out of it trying to make me some regular Lori Harvey like no the world already has Lori Harvey I'm me and I need people to see me once and remember me for life like the first time I saw Halle Bailey and knew I'd seen some kind of divinity. So make sure you don't get some crowd pleaser specialist trying to tell you what you want. I need people to see my face and be so distracted by it I can say complete bs and they say yes Ma'am please give me a chance to see you again :).

Do NOT try look like every other Jane and if you have a commonplace face that's fine its 2026 you can change that. Just some color play and glasses and a well placed tattoo and hair style will open doors for you.

You don't need to be pretty you need to be striking. SO striking that your presence itself is the main character. So striking you could say some BS and people will say okay let me write you a contract. So STOP wearing every other perfume walking around with Oud and Chanel no5 smelling like every other girl with your banana shaped back and boring hair and boring voice. Learn to stand out by existence. Find someone that can understand the features you have, the aura you are going for and make an affordable and easy to maintain plan for you to not be every other Jane. So when you're in class and you go absent once the professor says wait is she not in today? Hm. Even though you've never said anything in that class.

How do you download?

I hate questions like these because there's no one shoe fits all answer. You download by grounding. By containing yourself into your body. But that depends on who you are.

You're thinking 'beast mode' where you wake up one day and work out for two hours and then study for three and then make your business website and then launch and then - etc etc etc and you're this unstoppable force that just keeps moving but nope that's not usually how it works

How it works is you lay on your couch you automatically open TikTok because you're used to it you scroll for three minutes then you say wait im not supposed to be doing this im supposed to be doing that and then habit tugs at you and you say no. For the sake of the future I want no we can't be doing this im so sorry thing that keeps me safe and sedated and then choosing to do the thing you're actually supposed to be doing, like studying. And at some point because habits are hard wired you get your phone and you open TikTok again and then you NOPE no. No let, no. And you put your phone down and you try to study but there's such brain fog from all the deep frying you've been doing to your receptors and you feel like crying because it's just not workiiiiiiiing but you keep at it and then tomorrow and then the day after and then the one after that and it keeps getting progressively easier.

Like it's not as much RAHHHHHH LETS GO TIGERRR as it's a series of small nos. No im not supposed to be taking this much added sugar I'll just put that down try for a mango instead. Any advice on how to react and compose yourself to a situation that annoys you in a feminine way whilst still addressing the issue? How to deal with it in the moment and after

Learning to not be annoyed in the first place will save you. Being in full control of yourself in relation to the world around you. And I don't mean detachment that's not, no, I mean learning yourself to a point it's impossible to be influenced by the outside. Like. Do I even actually care about this? Will reacting to this change anything?

In the moment, you'd have to read the room and measure your options. If it's your boss and you have bills to pay you swallow your pride and smile and pay for a rage room but significantly increase the distance between the two of you. If it's a friend and you need them you have to gauge do they need you? If the answer is no not really you emotionally withdraw from them and demote them to person I need and the relationship becomes purely transactional. If it's person that needs you, shift your energy in a way they'll feel. Words are useless don't ever try to talk your way out of things unless you're a lawyer or it's a cop etc boundaries are energetic. Language was invented for the purpose of lying. Energy that's it. Shift your body language. Don't smile anymore. Don't interact with them. Be painfully polite and formal with them. Withdraw socially and emotionally. And don't let them back in. Is it someone you don't even care about? In a situation where you don't have anything to lose? Say 'what did you just say?' and then make them repeat it until they realize it. And don't let it go. Smile say sorry I didn't get that.

Mother what are the experiences that made you who you are today and what are those you consider to be essential to every woman under 25?

This is so difficult to answer because I'm a very lucky person the stars like me. A lot of my success is sheer luck. Yes I work hard yes I bla bla bla also the stars like me.

Experiences I think made me

- leaving home extremely early. Very early. Across the world to a whole other continent. Being 100% alone in a country whose language im not even conversant with at a time that's so naturally tumultuous in life was something. Human beings are adaptation machines, and we adapt to the lowest minimum level required to survive. At home I would've never been what I am. Id still be smart and all that, yes, but id already adapted to that environment so there was no need to grow. The one I found myself in was always high pressure high stakes jungle level, Soni had to adapt in a predator way unlike home where I adapted in a princess way. Taking safety away and being in this racist sexist high pressure environment where I was the ONLY one that would actually suffer the consequences of anything because everyone else had daddy to buy a building and bump up the lab and wheeeeesh it's all new, I think that's whats made me me the most. My Bare Minimum level of survival adaptation is most people's highest point. Unsafety is very formative.

2. Growing up in a sovereignty based community. Because I grew up in a village that wasn't very deeply touched by modernism and our culture is based on sovereignty. Growing your own food keeping your own animals being skilled in the way of life. By the time I was thirteen I could build a traditional type house,make fruit last year's ko freezer no fridge no spoiling, cook most things from scratch, slaughter a whole goat and make leather out of the skin etc, fish in the river, etc etc. Very homestead caveman skills. My idea of being alive is- fully able to depend on yourself. By yourself. So when I was apprenticing with this electronics guy so I can learn to fix my fridge and my phone and my laptop if it breaks and all that and when I paid a plumber double for them to explain in great detail what they're doing it was normal to me. Most people around me are capitalism based so it's oh just make money and then pay someone to fix it. But what if it's 2 am in the morning and your pipes break then what? I can't be comfortable until I know I can take care of myself 200%. Buying a broken down motorbike so I can take it apart and put it back together so when I'm riding mine and it breaks down I'll just fix it instead of waiting three hours for a mechanic to charge me for premium air stranded on the road. My confidence in three billion light universes away because I'll be okay. Even if I lose everything I'll be okay. I'm sovereign. I own myself in all the ways that matter. Now that I have a lot of free time I'm signing up for masonry class while everyone I know is in Ibiza and it's like good for you! But I want to know everything I can about life.
