This is three different workouts and somehow in the same shirt and apparently I have a problem with preferred workout attire I didn’t realize. I completely dropped the ball last week while traveling and am really sad about it. Trying to reset this week. I DID get 7 in yesterday and feel ok today which I’m thankful for!
