Episode 18 - Crossfit games event announcements and Ubersense App

This week's episode covers the initial announcement of events at the 2012 Reebok Crossfit Games.  I go over each event that is known so far, and give my take on them.  

After that we have an interview with Alex and Krishna from Ubersense, a company that has created a video analysis tool that is being used by lots of Crossfit coaches to improve their athletes technique.  

As a very late addition, we got word of another announcement of more Crossfit Games events, so I give those details as well.

Episode 15 with Elisabeth Akinwale

This episode's guest is Elisabeth Akinwale.  Elisabeth was a 2011 Reebok Crossfit Games competitor having qualified out of the North Central region.  She has a background in gymnastics, but has been doing Crossfit for less than a year, and the Open was her first competition.  She has a quite a story and gives a very honest and in-depth look at what it was like to compete all the way from the very first week of the Open up until the last day of this year's games.
