yo I'm unlikely to be posting very often over the next 4 months as I'm moving into an ashram as of tomorrow

I healed my sacral chakra which is pretty exciting because it's cured my creative blocks and I'm finally making art again. I'm undergoing an entire transformation of self which is earth shatteringly painful and also deeply fulfilling. I'm learning to be in my body, I'm learning to let myself be vulnerable, I'm learning to let go of negative subconscious behavioural patterns which don't serve me, I'm beginning to explore the elements of my psyche that I have a deep aversion to, like the ability to receive love and healing deep trauma. I've begun a journey into identity and part of this means forcing myself to shed parts of myself which I'm terrified to and in turn allowing myself to trust in the process, and along the way I've been blessed enough to meet many incredibly beautiful people.
