Shit is... Fucked right now. I’m spending extra time trying to find out who First Letter Caps is, and now I have another case. I just want to fucking relax, agh. Anyways! New case. It’s shootings. Head, shoulder, knee. Maybe it’s. Knee to make them unable to run, shoulder to drop a weapon and. Head to finish it off? At least we got the type of gun. Should be... Somewhat quick? Maybe?
Garage Door Opener.
Garage. Door... Opener??? I don’t know what that could mean. Except. Like. All of the... The houses had...... Fuck, anon. I swear if you’re right. Or if that’s even what this means. Fuck.
Whispering your sins to the night, while theraputic, is not genuinely talking it out with somebody. I am only getting more and more exhausted as time goes on. This case makes me want to gouge my eyes out.
It’s 11 PM and I’m actually home. I suppose now is the best time to go over at least one thing. Need to get it off of my chest.
I’ll post the first one as soon as I get the will to type something out. This is right under my nose, and I’m going to get it.
I hate the creepy cases. God. I hate the creepy fucking tough cases! It makes you stay up until the silent hours of the night, slowly driving those shitty nails of paranoia into your back until you finally splinter and get removed from the case. I just. Need to gather myself. This is why I made this, after all. Perhaps I should start logging cases instead of just being brief. That always seems to be the recommended way of soothing stress.
I think I’m hitting a slump. I’m usually able to solve a case in no time, but I’m afraid this one will be cold if I can’t figure this out. I refuse to let a killer roam the streets. I took an oath, and I’m keeping it. I wish I could go to Pepper for motivation, but he’s out sick. This is so frustrating.
I’ve been offline for a while because I’ve been putting my all into this strangling case. I need to catch this fucker before they get anyone else.
Oh, yeah. I got the case from the previous post, if you coudn’t pick that up.
I’m not gonna lie, I’m hoping I get assigned to the Big One with Blue. A fourth body turned up, and it’s most definitely the work of the coastal strangler who was at large a few years ago. This could be massive.
Found the perp, he tried to run. Blue apprehended him and we searched his apartment. Found the 10K, plus a lot of wallets and another envelope with almost 300 in it. I got knocked down a set of stairs when he tried to run, hurt like a bitch. My ankle hurts like hell, I’ll have to get some ice soon. Pepper offered to finish off the cases paperwork, so I’m gonna ice my ankle and look over some files.
Heading to work. My days start early. I was short on paperwork, and it’s due at 9.
I’m working a case, just the usual BnE. The perp worked alone, and took nearly 10K from a local esteemed violinists estate. Didn’t take any tangible items. The perp is supposedly around 5’10”, Caucasian, and has a thick scar on his right palm. I’m taking another look at the scene today. Blue and Pepper are coming with me. I hope Pepper isn’t going to stir any trouble, he can be pretty dense.
My team consists of me, and six other men and women. Here’s a brief list of who they are and what they usually do, so you can get a vague grasp on what people work on cases with me.
First off, there’s Blue. She’s proficient in chases, and I’m often partnered up with her. She does what I cannot, to put it simply.
Next up is Pepper. He’s a doll, honestly, but he cannot solve a case to save his live. He is a life saver when it comes to paperwork.
And up next, we have Peach. He’s the leader type, if I’m honest. He’s also a comforting person. He often brings his kids into work, but they don’t stick around our office for too long considering there is a holding cell in direct sight of us.
Fourth, we have Scarecrow. Nobody gets along with her well. She’s all bite, but she gets the job done.
Fifth is June. She’s often on top secret government cases, and we don’t see her often. When she is around, it’s often mid summer. That’s when the crime rates pick up, so she’s a big help.
Lastly, there’s Firefly. She keeps the group from falling apart on late night cases. She cheers everyone up, and would take a bullet for anyone.
I love all of them dearly. They make working the best thing in existence. I’ll post my first file in the morning. I have work in a few hours. It’s late.
