The best thing about it is that he doesn't forget what happened. It sits with him, dictates his next moves and he remains raging and hating. That's realistic grief, especially because his *innocent* son was killed so cruelly.
And he certainly won't be having tea parties with his son's murderers.

Kinktober is a kinky October prompt challenge that’s been running in one form or another since 2016.
