You weren’t sure where everyone went. One second the trailer was full, the next it was just you and Caleb—and the bed that looked too soft not to sink into.
And Caleb followed like instinct, just standing there, head tilted and eyes soft as he watched you giggle against the cushions.
"You alright, Pips?" he asked, gently leaning over you, stretching one hand above your head to hold himself up. "Need more water?"
You turned to him, sluggishly sitting back up. "No. No more water. Tastes bad."
Caleb scoffed, leaning back to give you more room. "Really? Worse than vodka?"
"Waaay worse," you agreed, even when the very thought of vodka made your insides curl. "Mmn... I.. need somethinghg else."
Caleb paused, the air shifting just slightly. "Yeah? What do you need?"
Without a word, you crawled to the edge of the bed. Caleb watched, stepping back just enough as you swung your legs over the ledge.
"What are you doing?" he asked, his words laced with a playful edge.
But the teasing lilt immediately left he minute you clumsily grabbed his belt and tugged him between your legs.
He braced his hand on the wall, his eyes widening as he stared down at you. "Hey, hey. What are you doing?" He was serious now.
"I wanna..—wanna take this offf.." you whined, fumbling and failing miserably as you tried to undo it. The buckles were too small, the loops too tight. It was hopeless. It was like he planned this. You pursed your lips in a pout and leaned your head against his stomach.
"Calebbb.. Take it off. Mmn.. Please?"
His breath hitched, carefully reaching down to stroke your hair. "I can't, Pips."
You whined at that. It wasn't fair.
"Please.." Weakly, you nudged him back, then sank onto your knees in front of him. "I promisse I'll be good."
Caleb swallowed hard, nervously looking around.
"Hey—Honey, c'mon. Get up."
"I just wanna feel it.. Just.. wanna.." You eyed his crotch adoringly. "Just wanna kiss it."
Caleb's breath caught in his throat again, his pants tightening traitorously.
He wanted it so badly. God, he really did. It wasn't right though. He couldn't. But before he could say that, you were curling your hands behind his legs to keep you steady as you leaned forward to nuzzle into the bulge in his pants.
The friction made him bite his lip.
"Hah..! Hey, wait."
You nuzzled into him deeper, melting into the rough denim like it was just a second skin. Not a barrier. Caleb groaned softly, his hand twitching above your head, trying his hardest not to grab you.
"P-pips... Don't.."
He bit his lip harder, trying to keep the soft, breathy sighs from crawling up his throat. "But.. I just..—I wanna make you feel good," you whispered, pressing a searing kiss to his groin—open mouthed and everything. That's when he tasted blood.
"We can't—fuck—" A blend of arousal and panic licked up his spine. This wasn't good.
His free hand clawed at the wall beside him, fighting every cell in his body not to do something stupid.
And you were completely oblivious, rubbing your cheek against him, putting just the right amount of pressure that made him want to reach down and press you harder against him.
"Ss-see?"
He had to stop this.
Now.
"Alright, alright," he finally said, taking a few grudging steps back, leaving you there on the floor, all glossy-eyed and pouty.
The sight made his chest squeeze painfully. Caleb sighed, stepping toward you again and crouching in front of you. "We can't do this. Not like this. You understand, right?"
You didn't mean to be difficult, but your drunken self took that as a the worst rejection. Caleb saw it, the little sting of tears in the corner of your eyes.
He reached out, gently cupping your face in his hands. "I want to. Trust me, I really, really want to. But we can't. I should've pulled away sooner. But I promise that when you're sober we can have some fun, yeah?"
You blinked away your tears and nodded. "Okay," you whispered, letting him pull you up to guide you back to the bed. "I'm—mmn. I'm sorrrry.. That was so embarrassing." You turned to the side, hiding your face into the pillows.
Caleb only smiled though, playfully pulling you back to face him. "It wasn't embarrassing. You're just drunk."
