I over ate by 600 calories last night, & my dom said to burn 1200 calories today to make up for it.
I was only able to burn 900 calories working out for a few hours on the stair stepper and the tredmill (but that's the most I've worked out in years) and I'm tiredd
I've only had 700 calories to eat today, and even though I feel shitty I don't want to eat anymore
