I made a PHM Eridian OC to ship myself with them.

This is Bones the Eridian eheheheheheh and its BECAUSE just as Grace is, I’m also a huge Trekkie so what a better way to name my rock husband than like my TOS crush…

Anyways their lore is that they’re a loner because they look oddly shaped and they think they’re so ugly in Eridian standards (this is why they always use lots of clothing), but they fail to see that they may look beautiful and shiny and perfect and mesmerizing…to ME. A freaky human… And Im there on Erid because hum hum because Im made of some genetic material from Grace and hairs or stuff that was left in the Hail Mary from Ilyukhina and Yao I guess…or something. Sounds kind of creepy but imagine if Rocky couldn’t cope well with Grace being gone..- might have to work on this idea more.

Anyways I will make an actual good drawing of him eventually and post it here if somebody cares.

the use of AI lately has made me feel so hopeless, i translated pages of an unfinished fanzine of mine so i can remember why i love art...i hope it can resonate with anyone feeling the same way

No, I am not going to draw anything, and even if I did it won't be art because I am non-creative.

Also the way people romanticise art is actually extremely harmful, it reaches the point where non-creative children force themselves to draw because it's always presented to them as something good. Art doesn't need more acceptance, it's already accepted too much.

Also AI art is art when creative people do it. This is the kind of art that truly needs acceptance, not the overly romanticised "human" art.
