no there are more female Smurfs throughout the Smurf extended universe than just Smurfette. including in the OG comics and the 1981 show (most are actually the Smurf Girls from the comics who were only adapted in the Smurfs CGI Film Universe)

also, anon specifically said Smurf but there are women of other races in the Smurfs!! Notably, the Pussywillow Pixies are women. You could also stretch Smurf-like specoes to be considered Smurfs, such as Mermaid Smurfette (who is very pretty!)
