Many people in society aim to get a high status, for the sake of recognition. Personally, I prefer a private lifestyle. However, for those seeking a high status in society, be advised that a high priced car, shoes with red bottoms, belt buckles with a giant letter from the alphabet on it, and others alike, do not give you high status. If anything, those should be rewards for your hard work and dedication to your growth. What really gives you status are the things like real estate, a college degree or some kind of certification, a strong network, a healthy lifestyle, and all other things that provide some kind of growth and return. If you can invest in something that gives you something back and it helps you pay your success forward, then your status in society is that much more valuable. Key word: VALUABLE!

Be thankful for all of your days, especially if you are laying in bed. You made it! There are some in this world/city, who are trying to find a comfortable street corner, just for a comfortable night of sleep. We need to pay forward our blessings so those looking for a corner, no longer have to look for one, but rather can lay in their own bed on a nightly basis. Peace and love!

This pic is from the Magazine, the Economist. I think it's a dope pic and a symbol of where we are heading. Actually, this morning, I saw two women doing construction work on street, in Queens. It was a great site. Knowing that women are able to do what a man can, is awesome. Let's not short change them either. They deserve the same in pay; Actually more. Remember, they are also the ones who helped raise some of our leaders today. They've been doing great work for centuries. Congratulation ladies!

Montreal, you were good to me food-wise, but not for my muscular gains, somewhat. I have to suffer the consequences and get back on track. Back to the lab and aiming to get focused. The importance of vacations is key. They let you enjoy a lot of great things. Indulge, but don't overdo it. Note: Post is temporary and will be going to Tumblr.

It's RACISM people. That's the cancer that is causing us to go against one-another. The reason why a card is pulled and those who do right are treated wrong. Those who have no issues are subject to judgment, because of a similarity to someone else. The color thing is the decoy. It's hatred that is the culprit. A culprit that gives bad information. There is no need for people (of all backgrounds )to be taken off this earth because of the actions and beliefs of another. There is no reason why someone, who dedicates there life to a job that is about protection, has to fear for there lives while trying to serve. There is no reason why we all cant share love and wealth. It's a bad circle that keeps turning. If we ALL don't act, we will be rotating for eternity, instead of moving forward.

Spend wisely... I often tell my students this. No need to buy a 3000 dollar shirt that really cost 25 dollars, and which you can get for cheaper anyway.
