ACQUAINTANCE PARTY 2023

Theme:Barbie World(Come on barbie,lets go party)

September 14,2023,We celebrated our acquaintance party @KCC CONVENTION CENTER.It was one of my stressful day in the month because we arrived so late in the venue with the reason that we are 8 clients in one makeup artist.

We enter the venue with so much pressure because we all know that we are so much late,upon entering the venue the party is already stared thats why we run and look for our classmates and find a vacant seat.

As I observed,the party was a little bit dry or boring,if I will compare the last acquaintance party and the present I can definitely see the difference and conclude that the past party is more fun than the present party.The party is just full of performances that makes the party so boring,comparing to the past acquaintance party it is so much fun because we are able to meet new friends because of the color coding that given to us before we enter the venue.

After the party,we go out and eat in Mang Inasal and talked about the party,all of us have the same point of view where we conclude that the party was so boring and “bitin”,after eating we planned to go home because all of us get tired of sitting down for the rest of the party.

Overall i feel bad but also happy because we have given a chance to enjoy and bond with our schoolmates and classmates and given a chance to showcase our best outfits of being barbie and ken.

Iam Jess Antony G. Tico I’m 17 years of age and I am currently grade 12 student and a HUMSS student.

I have two siblings named Chyka Tico the eldest child and Abcdef Tico my youngest brother.My mothers name is Jessevel G Tico and my fathers name is Antonio M Tico Jr.,the other one there in the picture is my grand mom who already passed away last year named Julieta M. Tico.

Sad to say but I’m a product of a broken family,my mom and dad separated last year but luckily both of them still supporting us emotionally and financially help.My life is not easy because i faced a lot of problems specially when it comes to the word “FAMILY”but even though I experienced all of this i feel blessed because my mom and especially my dad are very supportive to me and my siblings.

This picture showing my whole life experiences as a son and now as a daughter.I am a trans woman and I am proud to be me,despite of the challenges i faced I am still fighting and keep soaring my dreams and making those dreams into reality.

Our school“STRATFORD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL”joined Buwan Ng Wika Celebration last August 30,2023.This celebration is an encouragement to promote the traditional filipino language and culture.

Our School created a lot of competition about Buwan ng Wika just like Parada ng Lahi,Tagisan ng Talino,Poster Making,Sabayang Pagbasa,Larong Pinoy,Solong Pag-awit,students of our school are learning while enjoying.In this celebration we can see and realize how important our language is,so as a millennial student who focused in social media,sharing nonsense thoughts,why not focusing in our own language,tribes,culture and especially to our country.

For us us to have a better and progressive country🇵🇭
