Timeskip traumerei would most likely be a psychologist and also a bit of investigator if needed due to his ability to enter people's dream. He is capable of replicating scenes if he is provided with footage and could help recover lost memories through indirect means.

As soon as I saw them, I was like “so we have a team of magical girls who are named after purple fruit who allude to female protagonists from Chinese folk tales. How about a team of manwhores named after yellow fruit who allude to their love interests?” And Team LMON was born to be PLUM’s boyfriends. A Team of 4 dating a Team of 4.

I can’t speak for PLUM but I know that Li from LMON is bi/pan at least.
I imagined their thing with Pecan as being more of a mentor/idol thing. They’re like… her stans for different reasons. Mei and Lychee stan her strength, Plum stans her reputation etc.
They are team CHRT (Charoite) aka a purple mineral. Their themes are 'kings'. All of them are good noodles (most of them..I guess?) All of them are surprisingly well mannered and kind natured. And by no means are they perfect

Clarence: King of Poison
A human passing faunus. (Blue ringed octopus) His semblance and mere touch to skin causes burning sensation to anything with an aura. His faunus trait is located on his finger which appears like rings. He is easily the most soothing voice of the bunch, kind, and not easily angered. However, his team has a deep fear for him, he frequently touches stuff (and is very self-aware) when he is using or not using his gloves. The mark he leaves on victims is like a blue water color edge. While growing up, he was initially told to never touch people as it would hurt someone. When he grew older, a person enjoyed mentally torturing Clarence in deciding between two options. Having had enough of this, he asked for a third option that would lean in his favor while using his power on the person. The person couldn't handle the feeling of the pain, and ultimately let Clarence win. Initially, Clarence was a bit regretful; however, he learned that he couldn't hate himself. So he embraces his ability without remorse.
Hans: King of Urien
He is a raven faunus. He is also the ex-boyfriend of Valhalla. He and Valhalla were always close (a little more like study mate turned love interest....but study mate first.) Both of them got a long great but Hans had a habit of barely passing major tests. When he and Valhalla studied for an entrance hunter exam. He noticed his grades were higher than normal in which he realized Valhalla used her semblance to have him answer a few right answers. He felt betrayed and humiliated and his trust for Valhalla shattered. He tried to forgive her but ultimately couldn't bring himself to continue with the relationship. Hans was ever so more studious at Shade and became quite the bookworm. His use of dust and fighting style is through his analysis of his opponent and then countering their attack. He might appear 'stoic', but he is fairly nice and straightforward. You can smile at him, and he will smile back. He appreciates hard workers and isn't really much into flirting with others. People could flirt with him and he may reciprocate depending on how well he knows and likes you.
Rufus: King of the Jungle (Tarzan)
He appears like a wild fun-loving man. While people use dust for offense, he uses it for parkour and creating obstacles. His semblance allows him to attract two (same element) deactivated/non active dust towards each other. He is actually adopted by two faunus that were former hunters. He wanted to follow in their footsteps so he sought out to become one. His parents (both were not on the same team nor did they ever have interactions during school) gave him a lot of advice. He was told that a team could experience hardship and that people sometimes do not get along because of clashing personalities, but that ultimately, he should still find a way to work it out as a team. Rufus is slightly naive at the comment and wholeheartedly accepted his team. Whenever his team does anything remotely questionable, he seems to not question it and carry his day out like normal. Out of the 4, he is most emotionally supportive person that anyone could lean on and has a truly gentle heart.
Terne: King of Lycaon
He is a wolf faunus. He is a replacement of Aomi that joined between 2nd and 3rd year of Shade Academy. He is actually an undercover officer (and 2 years older than his team). He is dispatched to Shade to help regulate crime activities and harassment in Vacuo. Thanks to his abilities, the crime rate dropped significantly. He is able to play mind games with target if needed and is the only person who is willing to play chess with Clarence. (Clarence likes to play chess even though he loses plenty of time to anyone.) Clarence enjoys making complex moves on the chessboard with anyone just to see the other person struggle...Aside from that, Terne is a bit more extroverted and is easily the easiest person to talk to. (He is also the most active member to actually make a positive difference.)

Aomi: King (Azure) Dragon
He is an aquatic (unspecified) faunus. He was part of team CHRT for a few years before he had to ultimately quit. He is very much a team player and has the personality of a kind teacher. He doesn't know Terne but still offers any help towards him. While with the team, however, he is stronger than Clarence (there is still an unfair fear that Clarence use when things do not go unfavorably), he lends his old text and books about dust to Hans, and likes to learn about different movement/ parkour from Rufus. It is rather unknown why he had to leave, but the strong speculation was that his parents requested him to come back after something catastrophic happened in his hometown. As per request, he decided that he should stop his hunting school activities to tend to his hometown.
So I made a setting concept and a guardian in training. This is the initial sketch:
Her name is 'Hel' Heleda Mraz (literally Frost frost). She doesnt have a strong allusion but she is probably closer Susan Pevensie (One of the sister in Chronicles of Narnia as well as one of the ruler.) She is approximately 17 and is 6'0". The tallest female (just a little taller than Kale.)
She has black hair and white peekaboo hair style. She also has a dyed vibrant deep blue highlight as well as gray eyes. She has a build similar to female mma fighter. While not seen, her fingers are covered in frost bites which she treats everyday.
Her outfit is bulky and has ice dust tubes that enters the suit that helps regulate her temperature to always be cool. The outfit makes her appear androgynous. She never speaks while wearing her combat uniform and usually hides her face which prevents people from knowing that she is a woman.
Setting:
Roughly, 60 years ago during a storm, lightening strike collapsed many of the original building while also triggering undiscovered ice dust veins from below to become unstable. The area evacuated but different people eventually used volcanic/fire/earth dust to cover and shelter the dust vein (along with the buildings that collapsed) in order to prevent the vein from being disturbed by outside forces.
People later settled within the covered buildings in order to maintain and ensure it remains undisturbed (and then due to living alongside with the vein as well as being engineers and 'master' or cultivate the use of ice dust.) However, unlike other people that have the ability to heal their own injuries with aura, they cannot. Instead, of healing themselves, they cultivate/restore ice dust qualities using their own aura and electricity.
-Electricity triggers it to grow and be used -Aura when used with technique developed by Heleda's people restores the quality of ice dust (so they did restore the root's condition to being healthy and usable. They can also carefully harvest the dust)

Personality: After the next vein was recently discovered in the southern parts of Vale's continent, she along with a few others planned to cultivate and guard the vein. (This is uninhabited land...) Her goal is to become another guard to protect the vein from being misused. She is quiet and stoic on the outside (her outfit makes her appear like the silent bodyguard type) but internally easily flattered, caring, and protective nice woman. (Leaning towards dandere.) She is tank class that fights like a judo wrestler/ football player. When wearing the mask, she never speaks, only her partner and close friend knows her real gender. Her voice is soft spoken and similar to Miwa from Jujutsu no Kaisen albeit not as cheery as her. During any formal event that doesnt require the outfit, her appearance would not be recognized.
A running gag is that she lets small kids, animals, and even her partner climb on her.
Much like her other people, she can restore ice dust (as long as it is not fully used and there is electricity present) due to her bodies adapting to the life of living next to the vein. Her weakness includes the inability to heal with aura and being susceptible to heat.
Oliver does not reveal his real name and he also ask that his professors and classmates respect his wish. He only removes his mask when he is in his dorm room. (Very rarely will he take his mask off elsewhere.) If he ever was caught without a mask and is recognized, he would prefer others to address his real name and not his online persona.
He also never showcases his semblance's full capability of creating housing. His manager suggests not showcasing this so that any actual potential danger from crazy people online won't 100% know what he is capable of. (Think of it that he is protecting himself.) So, instead when he is on stream, he has to be creative when fighting.
He also doesn't like dragging fights. Even though he is not allowed to show his full abilities, he wants to keep the fight straightforward without dragging things out. It's an earnest lifestyle he lives up to so he doesn't milk for ads or attention. (He has an editor friend/partner that occasionally appear on stream that is also able to fight.)
*He is called Sun Phantom online because he streams during the day and is quite fast, dangerous, and full of tricks.

FAME in general infiltrated Beacon to gather information on their student. Which is a school connected to JAQK but the mission failed when Beacon fell.
Chark transported a load of student into the horde of grimms. (The zodiac set up an area to have high concentration of grimms so that the rest of the organization can infiltrate unprotected areas.)
Samudra killed Paris and a few other students when the huntsman gained an upper hand. Thus destroying Crrw's dynamic and having them stay back a year to mourn after for their leader.
Argento's view on faunus is fueled by the zodiac activity.
Gwyn hates the zodiac and was injured by a member while the rest of his friends were kidnapped to be used as hostages, experiments, and more. Currently, Zharaa acts as their caretaker. (She treats them kindly, so many of the children trusts her.)
They are an organization that do all sorts of criminal activities so that the power dynamic leans into their behavior.
Not all roles have been met because some of the members have died and some positions are left open for recruitments.recruitment.
The Eastern zodiac are all faunus. Because their senses are heightened compared to human, they do all the more visible activities like murdering, stealing, etc...
The western zodiac are a mix bag. Some are faunus and others are not. They all have their specialties and specific roles. This includes transportation, cleaning up the crime scene, survey the land, etc...
Native (American) zodiac exist as well. They have a more supportive and also extra backup roles.
Because the Eastern zodiac are all faunus they actually fuel the racism towards the faunus race. Like:
"Look it's them again.."
"I bet they have friends too just like them."
"See? These faunus are nothing more than criminals and we are supposed to treat then equally??"

Bio: Gwyn is a serious and cold student that is hell bent on finding his friends that were captured by the Zodiac Organization. He trained himself with the goal of collecting other students to help rescue anyone that was captured by the Zodiac. But mainly his friends and other young children that are held as hostages and experiments. (He does; however, have a strong bloodlust of taking down any Zodiac members should he stumble to meet any of the members.) He rarely is affectionate with his friends but his actions such as telling them to rest, patting their head, and attending to their wounds showcase his caring side.

Semblance: Opera House: Creates a domain circle (similar to Miwa from Jujutsu Kaisen and similar to Weiss' Glyph). It expands fast initially but then it slows down. It can only be used when he has dust. When activated any other dust that people use in the circle will be nullified, only dust used in the circle can be used and it can only be controlled by him.
In many cases it can be used as a giant summoning circle for different weapons, aoe attack. Making shelter takes a lot of stamina and requires a large domain so he rarely use it for that reason. Creating a decent sized shelter may take up to 20 minutes...
Weapon: A sledge hammer (similar to Siege from arknights) that also functions like a gun. He also travels with a drone that drops and carries dust for him. He is confident in his ability when he streams that he allows chat to vote for the dust to be used in fight. (When he is streaming, he only streams when fighting grimms and no other people.)
Bio: He is born from a family of movie celebrities that were absent for some time in his early life. As a result, he became a streamer; however, much to his surprise his parents came back and fully supported his endeavors and goals. (They are on very good terms with one another. ANGST ENDED YEARS AGO!) He is overly confident, fun loving, and could care less about weakening his reputation because...he's rich (he can be a little insensitive and people might find him fake or just materialistic) but also his fanbase and family are extremely supportive. Losing sponsorship from a company doesn't bother him. As a streamer he wears his mask and never removes it, but he does ask people not to bother him if he is caught without a mask.
