How to avoid Overeating:
before eating fill a cup with water and squeeze half a lemon (or lime) inside. mix it with a spoon and put in the microwave for 30 seconds.
when you finish your plate or when you are done eating something, drink the cup and stay still for a full minute or two. i recommend closing your eyes during this time to sink in what you ate.
this process stops my gluttony. the lemon speeds up your metabolism and the warm liquid helps with the digestion.

FAQ. my skin routine:
as soon as waking up: even days rinse only using cold water; odd days rinse after washing with a gentle facial cleanser
apply after oil-free sunscreen 30fps with a FACE TOWEL (do not use that towel for other purposes rather than drying recently cleaned face)
for the rest of the day: drink water and avoid touching face (with hand or any object)
arriving home, with a cotton ball clean face with micellar water just until shower
when showering, clean face with a stronger facial soap, since pores are dilated (circular and soft motions)
getting out of the shower, rinse face with cold water
dry face and apply gentle overnight-moisturizer to avoid dryness and irritation
bed time! with a clean pillowcase
thats pretty much it, not to mention 30min face mask once a week (usually on saturday) and also esfoliate face once a week (do it on a day you wonβt be going outside)

Remember, not all skins work or correspond the same, this guide is what works for me and helps keeping that acne away. So adapt anything that fits best for you!

okay so I know y'all always hear everybody talking about βDRINK WATER!β but not everybody really likes water, in fact, I actually hated water when I first started to make an effort to drink more. Soooo, I decided to give y'all some ways to spice up your water to make sure you get at least 64 oz. a day. Some can add benefits to your water and some are just for taste and some for both. ππΎ
1. Fruit Infused πππ fruit infused water can have a lot of benefits depending on what fruit you use but usually my main reason to drink fruit water is because of taste. A few fruits I like are: - lemon - watermelon - raspberry - cucumber - coconut
2. Stay Fresh πΏπ add fresh herbs: - basil - lavender - mint - rosemary
3. Make Tea π΅βοΈ making tea is my favorite way to jazz up my water. try to stay away from teas with a lot of caffeine like black or oolong. instead go for green, white, or herbal teas. also try to keep it unsweetened but if thatβs not possible use a natural sweetener like honey, stevia, or agave nectar (I suggest honey). A few teas I like are: - Rituals Orange Jasmine Green Tea - Bigelow Green Tea - Celestial Sleepytime Vanilla Herbal Tea - almost any herbal tea
4. Make it HOT! π₯πΆ try adding a spice to you water. I like cinnamon water or cinnamon tea. Some benefits you receive from it are reducing your waste line and reducing cravings. other spices you could probably use are: - ginger - turmeric - cayenne
5. Get Juicy π¦π (I really wanted to write that π) try adding some type of juice likeee: - lemon juice - cranberry juice - apple cider vinegar
6. Honey Water π―π okay so this is best just with warm water in the morning but personally Iβve had it just like throughout the day but I donβt know if that hurts anything. Itβs great for a sore throat!
7. Rose Water πΉβ£ so this one is basically just if youβre feeling fancy. I actually havenβt tried this before but Iβm sure itβs great!

Honey is rich in vitamins C and B and works as a temporary replacement for sugar in diets and it is also used in medicine, but thatβs not my field to opine.
however, honey, as a beauty product, can be used to
Exfoliate skin and lips, mixing it with powder coffee
Treat split ends of hair, by spreading it with the help of olive oil (wash after 10 minutes)
Hydrate skin, by spreading across face or body, mixed with either coconut oil or camomile tea (washing after 15 minutes)
Lighten blond and redhead hair, by spreading it with lemon (wash after 30 minutes)

Letβs talk about: Sunglasses!
Girls and boys, never forget to bring along your sunglasses whenever going outside.
The weather matters little. If the day looks sunny or cloudy or rainy or snowy the sunlight will still shine bright above your eyes and skin.
And of course everyone knows - or should know - that sunlight speeds up aging, leaving you wrinkly and looking a few years more than you should.
If you by any chance have headaches when outside, then it is your body giving out signs that you need to cover up those eyes from all that brightness.
Worked out for me!

Hair Care
I tried out this new technique to hydrate hair and I can honestly admit it is amazing.
It eliminates frizz, strengthens strands, straightens curls and leaves your hair shiny and incredibly soft, trust me.
All you need is:
200ml of Coconut Milk
Half a Lemon (or half a lime)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
You put all the ingredients in a bowl, heat them up in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix them well.
With damp hair, spread the mix on your hair making sure it covers completely every single lock of hair. Leave it on for 40 minutes to a full hour. Itβs best if you have a shower cap to put on because the content drips from your hair and itβs annoying.
When the time is over wash your hair normally with shampoo and conditioner and you can either let it dry naturally or blow dry it.
Iβve done this process three times already and I love it, Iβm sure youβll feel the difference as well.
