Started my day off by eating a danish... Not going to eat anything else but I regret it, you know, like always. 430 calories
Still at 143lbs... agh.
Yesterday’s food: Vitamin water- 60 cals Gummies - 80 Cals Cookie - idk 115 cals Trail mix - 300 calories Pretzels - (15) 110 calories
Exercise - 30 minutes of tap Total: 665 Calories Fuck didn’t realize I ate so much yesterday...fuck
Weight today: 143lbs
SW: 156lbs CW: 143lbs LW: 109lbs GW: 105lbs HEIGHT: 5′2″(3″?)
Yesterday food log Pretzels (45, a little less than): 110/15 pretzels (330 cals) Vitamin water(not even a full bottle, for ease, let’s say half: 60 cals Mac and cheese: idk like 300 calories I think that’s the amount for how much I ate. I’ve looked at the nutrition facts before. Total for Tuesday: 690-750 calories I also exercised --Tap for an hour --stage crew, but not really much physical labor yesterday
rabbits only flop over like that if they feel completely safe btw
to elaborate: bunnies are prey animals and almost never have their guard down– even when they’re resting they’ll usually have their back legs in a position that allows them to quickly run away. if they’re jumping around it means they’re extremely happy!! and if they flop down w/o a care that means they feel very very comfortable and safe to the point of not having to worry about their surroundings. ^__^

So, the guy I like has been going on dates with a friend of mine who REALLY likes him, but he doesn’t want to actually be a couple rn. They keep arguing and I feel bad because I’m pretty sure he’d never like me that way and they’re both close friends of mine D:

So I ate 30 whole wheat pretzels today 220 calories and most of a danish which would round to about 400, so I’ve had 620, minus any exercise I’ve done today. I tap danced for a while, but idk. Tomorrow I have to help people with tap choreography too, so I dunno what I’ll eat tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be down to 143 tomorrow

Every time I drink, I always get really lovey with people and I give hugs and stuff. I almost started laughing hysterically earlier for no real reason.

The best part about weight loss is feeling it, finally, after being uncomfortable for so long. It’s running your hands over your hip bones, feeling your collarbone and sharp shoulders, the space between you and your clothing when you move. It’s sitting down without your stomach bulging. It’s walking without your thighs slamming together. It’s placing your hand to the side of your face and feeling that delicate cheekbone in your palm. Looking thin is great, but feeling thin is amazing.
I was 109lb with a 21-22 inch waist. I can do it again.
Day 1: Let’s see how long I can fast.
Day 1 goal: Fast for 1 day. 12/27/16 Day 2 goal: Eat one meal. 12/28/16 Day 3-4 goal: Two day fast. 12/29-30/16
