uwyoongi:
yoongi knew taeyong signed up for the life of being a hunter. but yoongi never signed up to be a vampire. yoongi gives him a smirk, “oh well that’s the effect of being…the leader of the hunters if i heard correctly by a bunch of birdies.” followed by a hum and a laugh from the elder. like taeyong, most hunters were easy to annoy. to pester and be a nuisance towards, yoongi got off of the irritation laced in their voices. after all, just something about their anger amuses yoongi.
taeyong was easy to read. the vampire knew how taeyong was like, determined to kill but annoyed at the existence of vampires. no wonder he’s the leader of the organization.
“huh. well i’m just sitting here enjoying a drink. i haven’t done anything per say for tonight, taeyong.” yoongi clarifies for the other before placing his feet down on the door. the vampire strokes his umbrella by the hook, glancing around. blue eyes staring back at the hunter with a mischievous look, yoongi smiled, fangs out. “you need to relax..but that’s entirely impossible knowing the type of person you are.” remarking lightly, he usually goes easy on taeyong with his insults and vocal jabs.
yoongi tilts his head innocently, “me trying anything? i wouldn’t destroy a perfectly good looking bar like last time. are you suggesting we take this outside? man to man?” he hums as he stood up from his chair. circling the hunter slowly, eyeing him. “relax. i’m not going to pull anything on you.” twirling his closed umbrella, “empty handed fights are not always fun.”
although yoongi was dangerous and a threat, he had no plans on dying tonight.
there was really no point in hiding his status when people manage to find out anyway. it didn't exactly bother him, it was better him than anyone else and these vermins just needed to know who was calling the shots since his hatred for the species was very much clear. so, of course yoongi would have already known but when what about him? his story? what made him tick? hell, he would know but nothing wrong with a little curiosity.
"as long as your ass is around then you're right, it's impossible- man, gimme a break already..." he retorts, taking the last gulp of his drink before placing the glass back on the table. it seemed as though his mind was not very clear and yet once yoongi boldly bared out the fangs out in front of him, it causes him to regain his focus. the other wanted to provoke him, urging the two to do a bit of damage as if he already had something on his sleeve no less.
people weren’t difficult to read. he never really seemed to pay attention to expressions but taeyong was always suspicious of yoongi, there’s no doubt about that. "one, you must have forgotten that i don't trust you and two, are you challenging me now?” his brown orbs glancing back at the vampire, quirking an eyebrow while remaining in his seat. he knew in his mind that he never backed out in a fight, especially with the one who has been a thorn to his side.
who knows how matched they’d be this time, no way was he going to get yoongi get an upper hand again. he always managed to get away.
taeyong draws his eyes away, turning them towards the front and away, taking something out of his back pocket… the feeling of the metallic sharpness of the blade in his hand. that was it? a sigh and a small chuckle leaves his lips as if he knew there would be a chance he'd lose this round but there wasn't any time to think about it anyway.
the bartender must have picked up on the situation and slowly asks the crowd to leave for 'early closing'. "umbrella, huh? don't tell me you're about fight with that... and you know, you're right. empty handed fights aren't fun at all-" he starts, quickly turning his back around not waiting around any longer to strike with the bladed dagger in his hand as taeyong strictly aims for the chest.
