After three years I have completed my BA(Hons) Fashion degree. I have been presented with lots of fantastic experiences whilst i was at the uni, from helping out at Clothes Show Live, to working as a Wardrobe Assistant for Bryan Ferry on his 2013 Tour, to getting to go to Graduate Fashion Week and into the ticketed grand finale which is the Gala Show! Since i graduated I have been been lucky enough, along with a select few of my fellow students at Plymouth College of Art, to have my collection exhibited on the Devon Life Magazine website. The feature contains a short biography about myself, and photographs as well as the concept behind my collection.

My collection on the rail.
A picture from the styling photo shoot at St Lukes Hospice. We had 45 minutes to look around the charity shop and pick out two unique styles. The inspiration for my look was an opulent, glamorous mob-wife vibe. Charlotte went for a Neon Hippy vibe, and Jess went for 70s Glam. This was to support the event Plymouth in Fashion.

Experimenting with Hibiscus Flower and Ground Cumin to create a natural dye.
Today I went to London to do some fabric shopping at Dalston Mill Fabrics. It's hidden in amongst a street market, and it's literally a cave of wonders when it comes to fabrics and embellishments. The place is packed floor to ceiling with every kind of fabric you can think of, I've been to a lot of fabric shops in and around London, but Dalston Mill is really something to behold.
