"Ugh, fine." Vaati maneuvered himself off his bed, albeit quite less majestically than one would hope. Specifically, he had attempted to roll out of bed, and had landed on the wooden floor with a loud crash.

"Shit!" The mage yelled, louder than he had ever yelled in over 3600 years. If Vaati had neighbors, they would have likely attempted to check on the man. However, since his only "neighbors" were the birds inhabiting the trees, the first thing anyone could hear after that was the sound of birds flying away, startled by the noise.

Ravio's first instinct upon hearing the shout, short of clapping his hands over his suddenly ringing ears, was sit up in a flash and crawl to Vaati's side of the bed. He sat on the edge and reached to help the mage stand, a worried expression on his face. "Oh, hey! Be more careful, Vaati..." he chided him gently, before asking with a frown, "Are you okay?"

With a childish moan, the mage jokingly whined. “I don’t want to get up…” As Vaati finished his little “complaint”, he smirked and turned his head to the merchant, awaiting his reaction.
