Beweg dich nicht vor dem Herrn und warte geduldig auf ihn; Sei nicht böse, wenn Menschen Erfolg haben, wenn sie ihre bösen Pläne ausführen.

Halloween for some, but where I live we’ve got something called “Dread Night”! Oh that’s just fantastic to hear. Keeping busy with your hands is an excellent way to build all kinds of skills. Antiques! Poetry! You’re a variable renaissance of activity, has anyone ever told you that? Do you have a favorite poet?
That is something I have not yet been told about myself, no. And I thank you for it.
I’m particularly a fan of Mathew Arnold, myself. Though many poets have touched this still heart over the many years. Perhaps a favored poet writes lines along your heart as well?

And here I thought you’d be able to get into the spirit of things. Haha! But in all seriousness, that sounds like a fine time indeed. If you don’t mind my asking, Isabelle… What exactly do you do with your spare time?
Ah yes, Halloween, correct? I am afraid that celebrating is not something of which I do.
Often in my spare time I sew. My dresses do not make themselves, after all. Other times I run my antique store, or write poetry. At times I tend to the garden at the Church above my home, but I cannot handle the plants often for fear of wilting them. There are other activities I indulge in, but hardly would I call those times spare, for within them I perform the duties of my existence.

Well! How do you feel about crumbling mansions and setting them up to amaze, inspire awe, and scare folks who happen to wander in? Perhaps taking part in such things yourself, if the mood strikes you fairly?
Hm. Such acts feel almost childish if inquiry were set upon me, of which no offense is intended with honest words. I would not object to you sharing with me conversation while you entertain yourself though, for I am here to communicate if nothing else.

Oh my day is yet to begin! Though upon finding out that you’re restless and bored…well that brings us to two options. I could, of course, speak to you as I engage in my affairs. Sending messages from afar as I thrill and shock all forms of life. Or! I could take you along in such outings so you, yourself, can delight in a little extra mischief in your day. What say you?
I suppose my curiosity peaks from these words of which you share, but what mischief would it be that I engage upon?
That is to say, it depends.

I’m more than happy to provide a vibrant breath of activity. Especially since the morning hour is usually so lacking in life. As for how I am…I’m well indeed! Today marks another day of going out and about, engaging in all kinds of eldritch activities. What of yourself?
It is of noon, and while I should be resting while daylight reins above the soil, I find myself restless, and rather bored. Which brings me to spending my time here.
I am glad to hear your day was eventful and enjoyed.
