♡: Accidentally falling asleep together

School had been killing Valda. Somehow she’d managed to convince Alec to give her a hand with her astronomy homework. The two of them were currently sitting on the floor of her room, books spread out all around them with their backs leaning up against the bed. Both of them were fighting sleep, but Valda was determined to get her work finished before the morning. She yawned again and Alec looked down at her as Valda rubbed her eyes.

"We should call it a night." He looked up at the ceiling, struggling to keep his eyes open. Valda shook her head. “I want to get this stuff finished.” He sigh as Valda started to write again. Alec let his head hang back and sleep finally took hold of him. Valda looked at him and smiled, she had to resist the temptation of waking him up. She started write again before the lack of sleep finally captured her as well. Valda fell backwards, her head resting on Alec’s chest as she finally fell asleep.
